Fennes Wedding Photography for Emily & Robert

It was lovely to return for Fennes Wedding Photography for Emily and Robert. When we arrived at Fennes there was lots going with the girls at various stages of getting ready.  Leaving them to it for a few minutes, we went to the Fennes Suite to take the pictures of Emily’s Wedding Dress and accessories. Returning to the girls I stayed with them whilst David went off to meet with Rob and his Groomsmen. They were ready for their pictures and Rob wanted to go to the barn for some of the guys pictures.  That was fine!  As time was on our side, the men had some pictures taken in front of Fennes as well before they greeted the Guests. Meanwhile back upstairs in Fennes Bridal Room, final preparations were coming on well. It wasn’t long before all the girls ready so we got on with a few photos.

Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes Emily’s Father was waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs so after greeting him they went for a short walk before the Ceremony. A special moment for them! The Guests were seated in the Pavilion for the Ceremony so when Emily and her Father returned,  the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls led the way into the Pavilion.  After the Ceremony Emily and Rob had a few minutes to themselves in the Gold Room letting the Guests go outside to get ready for the bubble pictures. Some great reactions! Fennes Recommended Wedding PhotographerDuring the afternoon the requested family pictures were taken as well as the fun Bridal party pictures and Emily and Rob’s ‘together’pictures. Fennes Wedding PhotographyThey still had social time! Emily and Rob then greeted their Guests in the Receiving Line before the Wedding Breakfast. The Speeches followed including a surprise video appearance from Emily’s sister and husband, who were unable to attend the Wedding. It was such a lovely evening, the grounds were bathed in sunshine so everyone made the most of it. Evening pictures beckoned for Emily and Rob and the Bridal party on the bridge, as well as informal pictures of Guests. Good fun was had! Emily and Rob took to the dance floor a little later on for their First Dance. With sunset happening we took the short walk to where we could see the sky, even the short walk generated some nice relaxed pictures of Emily and Rob.Fennes Wedding Photographer Time for us to leave. A wonderful Wedding and a lovely day of Fennes wedding photography! As always thanks to the staff at Fennes for their help and looking after us.

Fennes Wedding Photographs for Joanne and Keiran

It was a nice day when we arrived at Fennes for Jo and Keiran’s Fairytale Wedding. Jo was getting ready there, so after saying ‘hello’ and a quick chat to the girls, we got on with taking general preparation shots. Joanne’s Wedding Dress and Accessories were in the Fennes Suite so we made sure we took pictures of these before Jo dressed in them. The Bridesmaids and Mum then assisted Joanne with putting her dress on. We took a couple of pictures including the first time Joanne’s Father saw his daughter in her Wedding Dress before we all went downstairs into the Gold Room.Fennes Wedding Photographs That is a nice option when getting ready at Fennes then leaving for the service elsewhere, no guests to see the Bride! After a a few pictures of Joanne and her Bridesmaids, it was time for the Bridesmaids to leave in the Horse & Carriage for St Mary’s Church, Bocking. There was a little time for us to take a few Bridal portraits of Joanne, who looked beautiful, and a couple of pictures with her Parents before it was time for us to leave. Arriving at St. Mary’s Church, the men were carrying out their duties. Knowing the Horse and Carriage was on the way back to Fennes to pick up Joanne and her Father we got on with taking pictures of Keiran with his Groomsmen and Parents, safe in the knowledge that Jo was not going to appear! They then resumed their duties whilst we took a few Guest arrival pictures. Joanne arrived and together with her Bridesmaids walked up the path to the Church for the service. Wedding Photographer St Marys Bocking Essex This Wedding service will be remembered for a long time to come! Joanne and Keiran’s Wedding had a ‘Disney’ Theme running throughout and the Vicar played his part!  With everybody listening to what the Vicar was saying about Joannne and Keiran, nobody expected him then to burst into the disney song ‘When you wish upon a Star”. A wonderful performance! Some lovely captured moments of surprise for everyone and tears of joy from Joanne!  After the service Joanne and Keiran went outside, greeted a few Guests before we got on with a few requested family pictures. Once these were finished, Guests made their way down the path to the entrance gate ready for the confetti throwing.Wedding Photographer Fennes Horse and carriage Afterwards it was time to go to Fennes for the Reception.  During the Drinks Reception as well as taking some informal pictures of Guests we took a few other pictures and had time for a few pictures of Joanne and Keiran.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes It started to rain just as we finished the pictures, the Bride and Groom were really lucky! Whilst the Guests made their way down to the Pavilion for the Wedding  Breakfast, Jo and Keiran chilled out in the Red Room where we took a shot of them just as they were! The Speeches followed the meal, some brilliant reactions!  Later they cut their Wedding Cake and had their First Dance. After taking a few evening pictures we made ourselves scarce so as not to spoil the surprise. There was going to be a Firework display a little later on. Fortunately, when the time came the rain had stopped so everyone could go outside and watch the fabulous display. Happy with our fireworks pictures and after saying our goodbyes we left them to carry on the celebrations.Recommended Wedding Fennes photographer fireworks It was a pleasure being part of Joanne and Keiran’s special day, a lovely couple, and thank you both for wanting the pictures. It was nice working with Nicola at Fennes and working with Simply Wedding Movies again.

It was a lovely day when we arrived at Fennes for Lindsay and Dane’s Wedding. On arriving at Fennes, we just followed the sound of chatter and laughter which was happening in the Bridal Room. Preparations were going well especially with lots of Bridesmaids and a Flowergirl. Leaving the girls for a few minutes to carry on we went into Fennes Suite where we took pictures of the Lindsay’s Wedding Dress and accessories. Dane was making his final preparations at Fennes with his Ushers and Groomsmen.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes When Dane was ready, looking very dapper, together with his Best Man, Ushers and Groomsmen, they had a few pictures taken in front of the house. Lindsay wanted to go for a ride with her Father in the Horse and Carriage before the Ceremony, so hats off to all the girls, they were all ready on time for that and we were able to take some pictures beforehand. Fennes Recommended Wedding PhotographerReturning from their ride, Lindsay then met with the Registrars before re-joining her Father and they walked through Fennes to the Pavilion. After the finish of the Ceremony, Lindsay and Dane went for a ride in the Horse and Carriage whilst their Guests socialised in the Drinks Reception.  Whilst waiting for them to return, we took some relaxed pictures of the Guests.Fennes Recommended Wedding Photographer Once Lindsay and Dane returned and they had time to mingle with their Guests we got on with the requested family pictures. Having a little time before the Wedding Breakfast we managed to squeeze in some fun pictures of the Bridal Party, together pictures of Lindsay and Dane, finishing with confetti pictures. The Speeches followed the Wedding Breakfast which we covered and later during the evening Reception we took a couple of pictures of Lindsay and Dane around Fennes.Fennes Wedding Photographer Later, their Guests enjoyed Lindsay and Dane’s rehearsed First Dance and we left them to continue to the party afterwards. Thank you to Sharyn and everyone at Fennes for looking after us.

Fennes Wedding Photography for Natalie & Craig

The wonderful Fennes was the choice of Wedding Venue for Natalie and Craig’s Wedding. An outside Ceremony was what Natalie and Craig were wishing for, so it was fingers crossed the weather would hold. Natalie was getting ready upstairs with the help of her Bridesmaids, so first of all we went to see them. Craig was getting ready in the Bridal Cottage with his son Max, and when they were in the final stages of getting ready we were there to take the pictures. Prior to Natalie and Craig’s Wedding Day, Natalie had dislocated her Collar bone so she was trying not to use her arm very much! Once the men were ready they had a few pictures taken outside Fennes before they went about their duties.

Recommended Wedding Photographers FennesNatalie and the girls were now ready and after her Stepdad saw her for the first look we took a few pictures of them all before it was time for Natalie to see the Registrars.  So far the weather was staying fine, maybe a little cooler that recently but nothing to stop the outdoor Ceremony. The Guests were seated and with everyone in place it was time for Natalie to walk the short distance to the Gazebo. Natalie and Craig’s dog led the way, carrying the rings! The rain stayed away, just!Fennes Recommended Wedding Photographer After the Ceremony the Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception with some going inside and others staying outside eating ice cream! Later we got on with taking the requested family group pictures followed by a few pictures of Natalie and Craig around the grounds. Natalie wanted to be held up for a picture, the men and Max did this very  carefully! Wedding Photographer FennesThe Wedding Breakfast was held in the Pavilion, followed by the Speeches. After the Speeches there was a little time before the start of the evening celebrations for a few relaxed pictures of Natalie and Craig in the Gold Room and Red Room at the front of the House. The cutting of the cake followed and then Natalie and Craig took to the dance floor for their First Dance.  Our day ended with an evening pictures of Natalie and Craig on the Bridge. A lovely day! Gosfield Nature Reserve Engagement Shoot for Jo and Kieran was one of our recent evening jobs. The day had been one of those days where the weather had been unpredictable, but in the end we all made the call and met there.  We were pleased we did! The sun was out, we avoided as much as we could a few muddy puddles. This was fun anyway, with Kieran giving Jo piggy-backs where necessary, captured of course! After taking a few pictures we all went to the local pub for a chat about their Wedding details and times.  Jo and Kieran are getting married at St Mary’s Church, Bocking with their Wedding Reception at The Fennes Estate soon.

Natalie and Craig visited us one evening to talk about their forthcoming Wedding at Fennes.  Getting to know our couples before their big day is so important to us so our pre-wedding sessions are very relaxed. After a nice chat it was time to go and take some pictures nearby. We are looking forward to Natalie and Craig’s Wedding very soon.

Christmas Wedding Photography Fennes for Beth & Lee

A Christmas Wedding at Fennes! Beth and Lee chose the popular Wedding Venue The Fennes Estate for their Wedding. Arriving at Fennes, meeting with the girls was our first job.  David then went off to find the guys who were in the cottages making their final preparations.  Beth and the girls were having a great time upstairs in the changing rooms, having their hair and make-up done. Once Lee and the men were ready, looking splendid in their RAF uniforms, they made their way over to the house.  After taking a few portraits of Lee and a few pictures of them all Lee and his Groomsmen went into the house as the Guests were starting to arrive. By this time the girls were in the final stages of getting ready and once Beth’s Mother was ready, she assisted Beth to get dressed.  Beth looked lovely!

Wedding Photography Fennes for Gemma & Martin

Gemma and Martin’s Wedding took place at the wonderful Fennes in the Autumn last year. They chose to have all their Wedding at The Fennes Estate. On the morning of the Wedding it was dry outside, allowing us to take a few pictures of Martin and his Groomsmen. Meanwhile, the girls were upstairs carrying out their final preparations. We had time to take a few Bridal portraits as everything was running on time before Gemma went down the stairs to where her Father was waiting for her.

Wedding Photography Fennes bride before wedding The Civil Ceremony was held in the Pavilion and once the Guests were seated, and Gemma had entered the room, the Registrars conducted the Ceremony. Unfortunately, the dry day didn’t continue, the rain came, so when the Ceremony had finished Gemma and Martin made their way upto the front of the house and made use of the rooms to socialise.  Keeping the Gold Room free allowed us, a little later on, to get on with taking the requested family pictures. We were able to use the steps outside Fennes for a couple of photos before it was dry enough to go over to the Bridge. The Bridge is a popular feature of Fennes and we do try to get a couple of pictures of the Bride and Groom on there, come what may!Essex Wedding Photographer Fennes classic photography Gemma and Martin were happy for us to take a couple of pictures amongst the leaves. Wedding Photographs Fennes – Dani & John

We were pleased to be asked to photograph Danielle and John’s Wedding at the wonderful Fennes. After initially booking us to photograph their Wedding next year, they decided to take advantage of an opportunity of booking the Fennes Estate for their Wedding this year. Danielle was getting ready at Fennes, helped by her Bridesmaids and Mum, so we captured the moments as they happened. When John arrived, we took a few pictures of him with his Groomsmen outside. Once these were taken John greeted the Guests whilst some pictures of Danielle were taken as she was now ready.  After everybody was seated in the Pavilion, Danielle came down the stairs to meet with the Registrars.
