It was a lovely hot day for Natalie & Richard’s Wedding Day. Our day started at Natalie’s parents’ home where we took pictures of Natalie, her Bridesmaids and Parents in the cool Lounge, thanks to Natalie’s Mum for keeping the curtains closed until we needed to take some photographs! St Peter’s Church looked a beautiful sight bathed in glorious sunshine and as Richard arrived at the Church, we were there to take some photographs of him and his Groomsmen before Natalie arrived. After the Church service everybody was happy to go around the side of the Church where we had spotted an area completely in the shade. In a short space of time some family group pictures were taken with a few other pictures before Natalie and Richard walked to the Church gate to be showered in confetti!
Arriving at Smeetham Hall Barn the Guests enjoyed socialising during the Drinks Reception whilst we took Natalie and Richard for a short stroll, to get a few pictures of them. The Bridal Party joined us shortly in front of the house for a few fun pictures. The Wedding Breakfast and Speeches followed and afterwards as the early evening light was so wonderful and not to be missed, Natalie, Richard and ourselves went for a little walk, resulting in some lovely images.
Day and Evening Guests enjoyed relaxing outside giving us some nice shots as well. Natalie and Richard really wanted a sunset shot and they were not disappointed and neither were we! 
Their First Dance followed and a little while after this it was time for us to leave them to enjoy the evening celebrations.

Wedding Photography for Susannah & Paul – St Andrew's Church, Bulmer & Smeetham Hall Barn, Bulmer
The Black Lion Hotel, Long Melford, was where Susannah chose to get ready for her Wedding to Paul and what a good choice it was. With the Sancerre Suite having a lovely room to take photographs in and have photographed in there before we were delighted to do so again. After taking some detail pictures and getting ready pictures, a few pictures of Susannah were taken before leaving to go to the beautiful Church, St. Andrew’s Church, Bulmer.
Paul, his Best Men and Ushers were greeting Guests at the Church, so in between we took a few pictures of them all. With Paul safely inside, Susannah entered the Church with her Father. Following the service, some family group shots were taken outside the Church, before the Guests lined the way along the avenue of trees for the confetti pictures. An unexpected shower of rain hurried this up though! On arrival at Smeetham Hall Barn, with not a rain shower in sight everybody enjoyed socialising in the grounds. A short walk around the grounds with Susannah and Paul followed resulting in some lovely images before the Wedding Breakfast.
Speeches followed and as the sun set this allowed us a wonderful opportunity for some extra pictures for Sussanah and Paul. First Dance photographs were superb, Susannah and Paul entertained their Guests with a wonderful rehearsed dance, before their Guests joined them on the dance floor.

Pre-Wedding Pictures
We met Karla and Richard one morning in Dedham, Suffolk and had an enjoyable stroll along the river chatting as well as taking a few pre-wedding pictures. Karla and Richard are getting married soon at Yaxley Hall, Suffolk.

Wedding Photography for Alice & Rob – St. Martin Church, Fornham St Martin & Smeetham Hall Barn
Alice was getting ready at her Parents’ home, which is where we travelled to first of all. After a few pictures we left to go to St Martin Church, Fornham St Martin, where Rob and his Groomsmen were for a few photographs before Alice and her Father arrived. Being a dry but humid day, storm clouds were forming, but fortunately Alice arrived and made her entrance into the Church before anything happened! After the Church service, everybody remained in the Church waiting for the storm to pass. As it is a lovely Church we had enough space to take some family photographs inside and before long it was time for Alice and Rob to leave the Church to go to their Wedding Reception at Smeetham Hall Barn, Bulmer.
How pleased everybody was on arrival at Smeetham Hall Barn, we were welcomed by a blue sky and not a rain cloud in sight! Alice and Rob’s together pictures were taken in the grounds of Smeetham Hall Barn, before we caught up on some requested group shots.
Confetti shots and bridal party pictures followed in between the Drinks Reception. Speeches were before the Wedding Breakfast and this allowed time afterwards for some early evening light photographs before ending with the First Dance and Evening Guests.

We met Alice and Rob one morning to discuss the final details of their Wedding at Smeetham Hall Barn, Bulmer, and to take a few pictures.

Wedding Photography for Georgina & Thomas – St. Howards Church, Horringer and Marquee
An early start for us and with the sun shining brightly we travelled to Suffolk to photograph the Wedding of Georgina and Thomas. We arrived at Georgina’s family home where the girls’ preparations were in full swing. With plenty to keep me occupied, David joined the guys who were staying down the road, for their final preparations. After taking a few pictures of George, her Bridesmaids, we left for the St. Howards Church, Horrringer. Tom, his Best Man and Ushers were greeting Guests but we found a little time to take a few pictures of them. After the service, requested family groups were taken outside the Church in the brilliant sunshine. Making our way back to Georgina’s family home for the Reception ahead of the Bride and Groom allowed us to take some beautiful pictures of the two of them with the Horse and Carriage.
The drinks reception was held in the garden which gave us the opportunity capturing some informal photographs, with room for photographing small group photos as well. Coverage of Speeches followed the Wedding Breakfast and as the sun was going down we went for a short walk with George and Tom around the family home for some special photographs. George and Tom entertained the Guests during the evening by using us as their own Photo Booth! After an enjoyable, hot, exhausting day we left late as Georgina and Thomas danced the night away!
