  • Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon for Victoria & Antony

Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn – Crabbs Barn was the chosen Venue for Victoria and Antony’s Wedding.  With the amount of rain we had in the morning we were so pleased it had all disappeared before we arrived at Crabbs Barn later on in the day.  At the Bridal Suite preparations were going well.  The Bridesmaids, Flowergirl and Pageboys stepped outside the room for a moment so we could photograph Vickies dress which they were not allowed to see until it was on! Afterwards they finished getting ready and when Vicky was ready we captured some lovely moments when they saw her dressed.

Following the Ceremony Vicky and Antony led their Guests outside for the Drinks Reception.  During the afternoon, there was time for Vicky and Antony to enjoy talking to their Guests as well as having the requested photographs taken.  After a few pictures of the two of them around the grounds of Crabbs Barn it was time for the Wedding Breakfast. Following the Speeches the Guests went to The Garden Room for coffee whilst the Barn was prepared for the evening celebrations.  When most of Vicky and Antony’s evening Guests had arrived the happy couple then took to the dance floor for their First Dance.  Before we left a little while later we took a couple of nightime pictures of Vicky and Antony which completed a wonderful day.

  • Wedding Photography Fennes for Zarah & Glenn

Wedding Photography Fennes – Zarah and Glenn chose to have their Wedding at the popular Wedding Venue, Fennes.  It was a warm and dry day when we arrived at Fennes, with the chairs set out for an outdoor Ceremony.  We went upstairs to find Zarah and the girls who were busy getting ready.  Whilst the girls were getting ready, we took pictures of the dresses and accessories, in the Fennes Suite.

    Wedding Photography Fennes

Wedding Photography Fennes Glenn with his Best Man and Ushers had arrived and were soon ready for their pictures.  As their pictures were being taken it started to rain.  This was not on the cards!  The shower of rain continued for a while, so the Ceremony was transferred to inside.  Upstairs Zarah and Glenn’s two sons, Jack & Teddy were looking very smart when they joined the girls upstairs.  Once the girls were finished dressing  we took  a few pictures before it was time for Zarah to make her way to the Pavilion for the Ceremony.  After the Ceremony the rain had stopped and it had dried up, so everybody went outside. The children enjoyed playing during the Drinks Reception and after taking the family pictures some fun time with the Bridal Party, resulted in some great images.  A quick walk around the grounds for Zarah and Glenn’s pictures was followed by the confetti pictures in the Gold Room. Wedding Photography Fennes After the Wedding Breakfast and coverage of the Speeches, before the evening Guests arrived, we took Zarah and Glenn for a few evening pictures around Fennes, including of course our signature Heart shot. Wedding Photography Fennes Zarah and Glenn’s took to the Dancefloor  for their First Dance after cutting their Wedding Cake.  A short time later we left them to continue the celebrations.  It was a pleasure to work with David of Rideout Productions again.

  • Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photos for Alison & Steven

Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photos – Layer Marney Tower was the chosen Wedding Venue for Alison and Steven’s Wedding.  Both Alison & Steve were starting from Five Lakes, Crowne Plaza Resort, Colchester and we we went to see Alison.  Preparations were going well and it was busy, busy, busy!  With lots to photograph we quickly got on with the job.  Steven and his Groomsmen were downstairs, so we were able to get a couple of pictures of them before they had to leave for Layer Marney. We had a little time left for a few pictures of the girls once they were all dressed, before we also left for Layer Marney.

Essex Wedding Photographer After a few pictures of Steven and his Groomsmen they sat disappeared into the Corsellis Room out of sight before Alison arrived.  After seeing the Registrars, Alison took her Father’s arm and followed the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls into the Ceremony room.  Following the Ceremony the Alison and Steven led their Guests outside and after a few minutes they went off for a short ride whilst their Guests were served Reception drinks.Wedding Photography Layer Marney  On their return and after a few pictures with the car and the Tower, Alison and Steven walked up the path to where they were greeted by their Guests. Wedding Photographer Layer Marney Tower AfterAlison and Steven had enjoyed some social time with their Guests and we had taken a few requested family photographs, we took them for a short walk around the grounds.  It was soon time for the Wedding Breakfast in the Long Gallery.  Before the Speeches began Spencer Wood provided the entertainment as a surprise.  Following the Speeches everybody enjoyed the warm evening sunshine.  Alison and Steven’s evening Guests arrived and we took some informal pictures of them. Alison and Steven then cut their Wedding Cake prior to their First Dance.  Adam of  ‘Your Wedding Disco’  provided the light shoe, pyrotechnics and the disco for the evening.  A couple of night shots ended our coverage of a lovely day! • Wedding Photography at Layer Marney Tower for Victoria & Paul

Wedding Photography at Layer Marney – It was a beautiful day for Victoria and Paul’s Wedding at Layer Marney Tower.  First of all we arrived at where Victoria, her Parents and Deb, her Matron of Honour were getting ready. Everything was going well and Victoria was having the final touches applied to her make-up by her make-up artist Dawn Taylor

Essex Wedding Photographer Layer Marney Once everybody was ready we went outside and took a few pictures amongst the trees, before leaving to go to Layer Marney Tower, Layer de la Haye. We met Paul together with his Best Man, Richard, and took a couple of pictures before they greeted the Wedding Guests.  Victoria arrived shortly afterwards in the Layer Marney Rolls Royce and made her way up to the Corsellis Room. Wedding Photographer Layer Marney Tower Essex After the Civil Ceremony Victoria and Paul went for a short ride whilst their Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception and  ice creams from the ice cream cart, perfect on a very warm day! We took some lovely pictures of Victoria and Paul when they arrived back from their ride in the car and walked up the path to the Tower which was bathed in sunshine.  Layer Marney Tower was open so we took a couple of pictures of the two of them there before they socialised with their Guests.  After a little while we got on with the family group pictures and Victoria and Paul’s together pictures around the grounds. Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photographer Just before the Wedding Breakfast Victoria and Paul were showered with confetti before being announced in for the Wedding Breakfast.  After the meal it was time for speeches.  It was decided as it was rather warm in the Long Gallery the Speeches were held outside.  This made for some different pictures, which added to Victoria and Paul’s Wedding Day.  Well done to Richard, the Best Man, for his Speech, all in verse! After a lovely day, a fabulous sunset!Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photographer This was followed by Victoria and Paul cutting their Wedding Cake before their First Dance. Later as a surprise to their Guests a firework display! A wonderful day!

  • Great Hallingbury Manor Wedding Photography for Michelle & Chris

Great Hallingbury Manor Wedding Photography for Michelle & Chris – Michelle and Chris chose the contemporary Great Hallingbury Manor, Bishops Stortford, for their Wedding.  Our first port of call when we arrived was where the girls were getting ready in The Bridal Suite. Excitement, laughter, fun, was evident when we saw them with all preparations going well. Wedding Dress photos Great HallingburyI stayed with the girls whilst David went off to find the guys, as they arrived.  Chris had a few pictures taken with his Watch in front of their Fire Engine, and then some with his Best Men and Ushers.  Leaving them to carry out their duties, David then returned to the girls. wedding with fire engine Michelle and her Bridesmaids were applying the final touches to their preparations and it wasn’t long before we could take a few formal pictures and a couple of bridal portraits of Michelle.  With the Guests seated for the Civil Ceremony, it was soon time for Michelle to make the short walk to the Ceremony room, which overlooked the lake. wedding ceremony great hallingbury manor The members of Chris’ Watch provided a Guard of Honour as Michelle and Chris went outside into the sunshine.  As their Guests followed them, Michelle and Chris then had a few minutes to spend with them before they were showered in confetti.   Some family pictures followed and as time was short we went straight into some fun pictures.fun wedding photos Essex Some great natural moments! • Wedding Photography The Lawn, Rochford for Vicky and Lee

Wedding Photography The Lawn – Vicky and Lee chose the The Lawn, Rochford, Essex which was a lovely venue for their summer Wedding. On our arrival we made our way upstairs to the Brides Room where there was much excitement. Whilst the girls were getting ready, Lee, the Best Man and the Ushers had arrived, so it was off downstairs to meet them and take a few pictures of them all.

The weather was on our side, dry, but overcast, so we were able to get on with the requested group pictures outside.  After making sure Vicky and Lee had some time to relax and enjoy some of the afternoon with their Guests, we took a few fun shots of the Bridal Party. This was followed by taking Vicky and Lee for a short walk in the grounds for their together shots with the sun making an appearance.

It was nice to see Lee’s Parents, Lanna and Dave together with Lee’s brother, Glenn and his wife Kate, whose Wedding we photographed in at Newland Hall, Chelmsford, in 2009. Great also to see many familiar faces too numerous to list!
