We met Siri & Shaf one day towards the end of last year to talk about their forthcoming Wedding at Parklands, Quendon Hall, later this year. We decided to meet at the V & A Museum, London, and had a very enjoyable morning, taking in the exhibits and walking around the Museum, discovering spots for a few pictures.

Wedding Photography Three Rivers Golf & Country Club – Emma & Jody
Wedding Photography Three Rivers – Our Wedding Photography for Emma and Jody’s Wedding started at home where Emma was getting ready. Once Emma was ready we took a few bridal portraits together with some pictures with her family and Freya the Flowergirl. Later we left to go to Christ Church, Braintree, which is where Emma and Jody were to be married. When we arrived we met Jody, his Parents and his Best Man, Rob. It was spitting with rain but we managed to take a few pictures outside before many of their Guests arrived. Soon it was time for Jody to go inside as Emma was not far from the Church. Emma went straight inside the Church when she arrived as the weather was not too great, and we just took a few photographs of the action as it was happening. Emma made her way up the aisle where Jody was waiting for her and the service began. At the end of the Ceremony it was decided to stay inside as the rain outside was quite heavy. Emma and Jody greeted their Guests whilst David and I organised the close family for a few pictures in the Church before leaving for the Reception. Three Rivers Golf & Country Club has some small covered areas where we could keep the guests dry whilst we took some other group pictures, although David had to be in the rain to take them! We found a couple of other sheltered spots for Emma and Jody’s pictures which we were very pleased with as well taking some pictures inside. With the sky brightening and the rain stopping we managed to squeeze a few minutes with Emma and Jody by the lake before the Wedding Breakfast. After photographing the Speeches there was a little while before the evening Reception started. A couple of full moon pictures and some night shots of the Venue with Emma and Jody were quite special . Emma and Jody cut their Wedding Cake just before having their First Dance together. A little while later we left them to continue their evening.

Wedding Photography Layer Marney – Sophie & Glen
Layer Marney Tower was the Wedding Venue for Sophie and Glen’s Wedding. First of all we met Sophie at the Five Lakes, Crowne Plaza, Colchester, where she was staying and getting ready for her Wedding Day. After some pictures of the accessories and Sophie, her Bridesmaids and her Mum, it was time for us to leave for Layer Marney. The Guests who were staying at the Crowne Plaza, including Glen’s family over from New Zealand, took the Layer Marney bus to Layer Marney and as we were there before them we took a few pictures of them as they arrived. Having time, we took Glen, his Best Man, and Ushers around by the tower for their pictures. Sophie arrived soon after in the Layer Marney Rolls Royce and made her way to see the Registrars. All the Guests were seated and it was time for the Ceremony, so Sophie entered the Corsellis Room with her Mother giving her away. Immediately after the Ceremony, Sophie and Glen went for a ride in the car whilst their Guests were served with drinks. On their return after a couple of pictures of them with the car, their Guests greeted Sophie and Glen as they walked up path. In between social time for Sophie and Glen we took some family group pictures. During the afternoon Sophie and Glen had their pictures around the grounds of Layer Marney as well as inside the Long Gallery. Before long it was time for the Speeches. Sophie and Glen decided to have these before the start of the Wedding Breakfast. With a little time afterwards, this allowed for a few evening pictures before the First Dance. Our day finished with a night picture on the steps of Layer Marney.

The Fennes Estate Wedding Photography – Danielle & Tom
Fennes was the chosen Wedding Venue for Danielle and Tom’s Wedding Day. From the moment we stepped through the door excitement was plentiful! The girls were busily getting ready and with lots to photograph there was no time to lose! Everything was going well downstairs with the men making sure they were looking their best and getting ready for their pictures to be taken. Once the girls were ready we took a few portraits, also including Danielle’s parents. The Civil Ceremony was held in the Pavilion and afterwards everybody went outside. Following a few family pictures and capturing some informal shots, it was time for a few together pictures of Danielle and Tom around the grounds. We had an enjoyable time taking the Bridal Party fun pictures later. Danielle and Tom received their Guests before they entered the Marquee for the Wedding Breakfast. Irie J provided the entertainment during this time and it was great to see him again. Coverage of the Speeches provided us with some wonderful relaxed pictures. Evening Guests arrived later and after capturing some couple shots, it was time for the First Dance, with Irie J singing again. Not long afterwards we left them all to continue the celebrations. A lovely day and nice to work with White Dress Films again.

Fennes Wedding Photography – Emily & Geoffrey
It was a beautiful day when we arrived at The Fennes Estate for the pictures of Emily’s final preparations for her Wedding Day. After taking some photographs upstairs, we used the opportunity of using the Gold Room for a few pictures before making our way to the Church. All Saints Church, Cressing was where we went to and met Geoffrey, his Ushers and Best Man for their pictures. We used the shade and coolness of the Church door for their pictures before it was time for Geoffrey to go inside. Emily arrived soon afterwards and took her Mother’s arm as they walked up the path and into the Church. Once the service had finished, Emily and Geoffrey came out of the Church followed by their Guests. After a couple of pictures and confetti pictures it was time to leave for the Reception. Fennes looked stunning in the sunshine and as we arrived with Emily and Geoffrey we made the most of the setting for their pictures whilst the Guests were arriving. The Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception outside whilst requested family group pictures took place later. Following the Speeches after the Wedding Breakfast everybody had time to enjoy the evening sunshine before the cake cutting and First Dance. We left feeling happy and confident we had recorded the events of Emily and Geoffrey’s Wedding Day in a good way.
