Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photography  for Tara & Jordan

Tara and Jordan’s Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photography included a visit to St Mary’s Church, Layer Marney.

Our first port of call on the morning of the Wedding was at Tara and Jordan’s house.   Tara, her Mother and Bridesmaids were getting ready. When we arrived hair and and make up was going on so after capturing a few shots of this happening we went upstairs to photograph Tara’s dress, shoes etc.

Once Tara was ready we took a couple of pictures of her before she walked downstairs to where the Bridesmaids were waiting for her. After a few pictures  outside we  left  to go to the church.

    At the Church

Tara and Jordan’s ceremony was to be in the lovely St Mary the Virgin Church in Layer Marney. Jordan and his Groomsmen were carrying out their duties when we arrived so in between we took their pictures. Layer Marney Recommended Wedding PhotographerWe captured a few documentary guest arrival pictures before Tara arrived.

Tara was escorted by her Mother and they walked up the path and into the Church. After exchanging vows Tara and Jordan signed the Register. It was nice to capture some informal pictures during this time.

After all the formalities and the end of the service, Tara and Jordan exited the Church. Their Guests had lined the path and as Tara and Jordan came down the path they were showered in confetti. Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photography

    Layer Marney Tower Reception

Tara and Jordan then went for a short ride in the Layer Marney Rolls Royce car. Meanwhile the Wedding Guests slowly walked from the Church to Layer Marney Tower. It was a wonderful sight capturing all the people, colours, the weather of the day, merriment as they made their through the gates towards the tower.

Tara and Jordan returned shortly from their car ride and made their way through the gates and to the Tower. The Drinks Reception was in full swing. During the afternoon we took the requested family pictures together with a variety of other pictures. Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photography The Speeches took place outside on the steps and the Guests congregated on the lawn. It was a lovely idea and worked very well, relaxed and some nice pictures were taken. Time for the Hog Roast! The evening was superb, soft evening light, warm, everyone enjoying the wonderful grounds around Layer Marney. Recommended Wedding Photographers Layer Marney TowerWhilst Tara and Jordan’s Guests were socialising we took the happy couple around the grounds for a few more pictures. The heat had gone out of the day and the sun was beginning to set. Some lovely pictures captured on the bridge finishing with a superb sunset.

Tara and Jordan then cut their Wedding Cake in the Long Gallery and then it was time for their First Dance.Layer Marney Wedding Photographer We finished coverage of Tara and Gordon’s Wedding Day with a nightime picture of the Tower.

Fennes Wedding Photography for Vivien & Jonathan

It was a early start for Vivien and Jonathan’s Fennes Wedding Photography . Their Wedding was a Church Wedding then they went to to Fennes for the Reception.

First of all we travelled to the the Hotel in Cheshunt, where they had stayed the night before the Wedding. We moved from one room to another as there were lots of Bridesmaids and plenty of things going on! Jonathan was getting ready there also so we captured a few pictures of him. We managed to take pictures of Vivien’s Dress and accessories as well as capturing moments of preparations and getting ready. Vivien soon ready and after a couple of quick pictures we departed for the church.Wedding Photographer Essex Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in Enfield was the Church Vivien and Jonathan chose.

The Flowergirls and Pageboys were at the Church so we took their pictures. Once Jonathan and his Groomsmen were altogether we took a few pictures of them. Guests were arriving so then Jonathan had time to welcome them.  Vivien  arrived with her Mum in the car and after a couple of pictures it was time for the Church Service.

Vivien was given away by her Mother and when they were ready they entered the Church. It was a lovely service and we captured some great pictures.Essex Wedding Photographer At the end of the service the Guests went outside and waited for Vivien and Jonathan to come out. As they did, everyone showered them in confetti. Vivien and Jonathan then spent a little time with their Guests before leaving for Fennes.Fennes wedding photography The journey went well for everyone, no hold-ups on the motorway!

At Fennes we took Vivien and Jonathan to do some of their pictures around the grounds whilst Guests were still arriving. This worked well as they had a little time to socialise when we had finished.

We still had a few requested family pictures to take but we took these during the rest of the afternoon, finishing with the everybody shot.  Vivien and Jonathan greeted their Guests before entering the Pavillion for the Wedding Breakfast. As they went in confetti cannons went off all around them making for a lovely display. The Speeches followed the Wedding Breakfast. Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes Vivien and Jonathan cut their Wedding Cake and then took to the dance floor for their First Dance.  Guests then joined them on the dance floor.

We used the grass area outside the Marquee for a few pictures during the evening before Vivien and Jonathan took to the dance floor again for their Money Dance. After a beautiful day the rain appeared. Not to be deterred by the rain, Vivien and Jonathan wanted a picture on Fennes’ bridge with the lights on. So, with their umbrellas onto the Bridge they went.

A wonderful picture to end a really lovely day of  Fennes Wedding Photography.

When the room was all set up Nicola and Glenn then changed into their Wedding attire. As they came down the stairs we took a few pictures. Nicola and Glenn wanted some pictures outside of the two of them and as the weather was lovely that is where we went. We took a variety of pictures before their Guests arrived.Pontlands Park Wedding Photography Nicola and Glenn then had time to greet their Guests before we took a few requested family group pictures outside the Hotel. As the weather had been wonderful all day, there was a sunset.

These pictures were a great way to end the outside photos. Inside Guests were socialising and the Band was ready for Nicola and Glenn’s First Dance. After this everyone took to the dance floor or just chatted with friends and family. During this time we took some informal pictures of the dancing, mini relaxed groups and overall pictures to show what was going on. Cliffs Pavilion Wedding photography – Tricia & Colin

Cliffs Pavilion Wedding Photography – Tricia and Colin’s summer Wedding last year was held at the Cliffs Pavilion, Southend-on-Sea. It was a sunny and warm but extremely windy day, but we coped!

Arriving at Cliffs Pavilion we went off to find Colin who was in the  Ceremony room. Everything was going to take place in the one room and finalising the details was going well.

We managed to take a few pictures of Colin with his Groomsmen outside and their hats stayed on! Soon it was time for Tricia to arrive, so we left Colin and went upstairs to await Tricia. At least Tricia didn’t have far to walk until she was inside the building. Meanwhile the Wedding Guests were being greeted by the Lady Ushers and they took their seats for the Ceremony.

    The Ceremony

Tricia escorted by her Brother entered the room for the Ceremony. Essex Wedding PhotographerRing exchange was saved for the religious part of the ceremony which would follow on once the Registrars left. After the Registers were signed Tricia and Colin walked down the aisle and then waited at the entrance to the room.

The Guests stayed seated whilst the room was changed around. We took a few pictures of Tricia and Colin whilst this was happening. For the Blessing service, a Band and singers performed, Tricia and Colin exchanged rings and extra words were said.

Following the finish of the service Tricia and Colin went outside for a couple of pictures by the car. Cliffs Pavilion Wedding PhotographerThe Guests were served Drinks and entertained by a Singer. After Tricia and Colin spent a little time with their Guests during the Drinks Reception we got on with the requested family pictures.

There was shelter from the wind outside the building which is where we took the pictures. For Tricia and Colin’s ‘together’ pictures we found a secluded area not far from where we were and that was fortunately out of the wind. Wedding Photographer EssexWith some social time left Tricia and Colin spent time with their Guests before the Greeting Line. The Wedding Breakfast followed.

A little while after the Speeches took place Tricia and Colin cut their Wedding Cake and took to the dance floor for their First Dance. Guests then joined them, Colin played his Guitar to add to the evening celebrations. Our last pictures of the evening were of the Sunset, still with a strong wind!Essex Wedding Photographer It was time for us to say our ‘goodbyes’ after a nice Wedding Day for Tricia and Colin. Elena accompanied by her Father came out of the house and walked over to the Gazebo. After the Ceremony, as everyone took the Reception Drinks we took the ‘everybody’ picture and a couple of requested pictures. Wedding Photographer FennesThat was enough in the sun, time to move to the the shade of the trees for the rest of the pictures. It was a very relaxed afternoon and this allowed pictures not be rushed and gave time to Elena and James to talk to their Guests.

Elena and James wanted some fun shots so later on we did those and took them for a quick walk around the grounds for their pictures, finishing inside for a couple as well. Wedding Photographer FennesThe Wedding Breakfast was held in the Pavilion and once the Guests were seated Elena and James made their entrance. After the meal it was time for the Speeches.

High House Wedding Photography at last! When previously asked to photograph Weddings at High House Althorne, we have already been booked for other wedding venues. It was great now to actually photograph at this wonderful venue.

Our day started early at High House at the Bridal Dressing area where Beth was getting ready with her Parents and Bridesmaids. The setting looked lovely and it was good to take a few pictures around before it became filled up with people. Beth’s preparations were going well. Beth opened her present from Jason whilst the finishing touches were being applied to the Bridesmaids.
