  • Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn for Katie & Stephen

Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn – The weather was glorious for Katie and Stephen’s late afternoon Wedding photography at Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon. Stephen arrived at Crabbs Barn with his Best Man and Ushers and we were able to take a few pictures of them as well as getting some informal pictures of the Guests as they arrived. Katie arrived shortly afterwards together with the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls and we were able to take a few pictures of them all before the Ceremony. After seeing the Registrars, it was time for Katie to make her way into the Barn.  The couple and their guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception for a while before we got on with a few family group pictures. This was followed by the Speeches in the Pavilion before the meal.  Katie and Stephen then cut their Wedding Cake prior to the First Dance.  As the weather was nice some of the Wedding Guests stayed outside while others joined them on the dancfloor for the dancing.  Our coverage of Katie and Stephen’s Wedding finished with a couple of evening pictures.

  • Crabbs Barn wedding photography for Hannah & Craig

Crabbs Barn Wedding Photography – It was a rather humid day to start with for Hannah and Craig’s Wedding but the almighty downpour before Hannah arrived at Crabbs Barn made way for cooler air and sunshine.  Hannah had her hair and make up done at home so just leaving a few final bridal preparations to do at Crabbs Barn. Hannah’s Wedding Dress and accessories were laid out in the Bridal Room and whilst these were being photographed, the girls were excitedly getting ready.  When Craig arrived at Crabbs Barn, he just needed to put on his cravat and jacket before he was ready with his Best Man and Usher for a few pictures in the grounds – Hannah being well out of sight! It wasn’t long before Hannah, her Mum and Dad,  Bridesmaids, Frankie, Julia and Catherine were all ready for their pictures.  They stepped outside as it was such a lovely day and we had time to take some nice images.  Paul from Crabbs Barn  arrived shortly afterwards to take them on the short walk to the front of the barn. Testimonial for Crabbs Barn wedding photographer!

    Hi David and Sandra,

Hope all’s good with you – Craig and I are just back from honeymoon, and wanted to drop you a quick email to say thankyou for everything you did for the photography at our wedding 🙂 We really appreciated how much time you spent with us on the day and made it all fun – quite a few people commented on how attentive you were to us, and how great it was that you knew exactly how to position everyone to get the photos (although me and Craig both noticed we weren’t all that great at following your instructions by the time we got to the sunset shoot and had got through a few drinks!). Can’t wait to see the photos!

    Thanks,
    Hannah & Craig

    Hi David and Sandra,

  • Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn – Stacey & Ollie

Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn for Stacey & Ollie – The sun was shining brightly when we arrived at Stacey’s family home at the start of Stacey and Ollie’s Wedding Day.  The finishing touches for the hair and make-up were being completed, so whilst these were going on we took some detail shots of Stacey’s accessories as well.  Panic!!  – a bag of important items had unfortunately been taken to the Church in Dad’s car ready for later!!  This did not prove to be a problem as we had left plenty of time, allowing David to jump in our car to retrieve the bag, panic over, all part of the service!! Once everybody was ready we used the nice garden for some of Stacey’s pictures as well taking a few pictures inside, before departing for the St Peter’s and St Paul’s Church, Black Notley.  Ollie was there with his Best Man and Usher, their Flowergirl, Olivia and Pageboy, Joshua. After taking a few pictures and a few of the Guests arriving, it was time for the arrival of Stacey.  Following the church service, Stacey and Ollie were greeted outside the Church door by children from the school where Stacey teaches.  Whilst some requested family group pictures were taken, the guests were offered chocolate coated strawberries and sparkling wine!  Some nice pictures of Stacey and Ollie walking towards the car and being showered in confetti were captured before everybody left for the Wedding Reception.  Stacey and Ollie chose the superb Wedding Venue of Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon, for their Reception.  The Pavilion decorated with bunting looked lovely and Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception.  Bridal Party photographs happened during the afternoon together with Stacey and Ollie’s pictures. Later with all the guests seated for the Wedding Breakfast, the Speeches took place before the meal.  After the meal, Stacey and Ollie took a walk in the lane and around Crabbs Barn, accompanied by Olivia and Joshua, where some nice images were captured, ending with a sunset picture.  A little while later with their Evening Guests arrived, it was time for the cake cutting and First Dance.  A lovely Wedding!Wedding Photographer Essex

The popular Wedding Venue, Crabbs Barn was the chosen venue where Deborah and Nick held their Wedding Reception.  Our day started at Deborah’s Parents’ home for some pictures,  inside the house as well as outside. • Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn – Abi & Paul

Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn – It was a lovely day with a bit of a breeze, when we arrived at Abi’s Mum’s house for the final bridal preparation pictures.  Whilst these were going on, David went to see Paul and the Groomsmen who were getting ready close by.  Everything was running smoothly and by the time David returned the flower girls were ready and not long afterwards so was everybody else.  With some family pictures taken it was time to leave for Plume Avenue United Reform Church.  Paul, his Best Men and Ushers had a few pictures taken before the arrival of Abi.  Making her entrance into the Church on her Mother’s arm we were able to get some nice pictures from the balcony as well as from the front of the church.  After the service Abi and Paul requested an everybody shot before going outside for the confetti pictures.  The Reception was held at the popular and superb Crabbs Barn in Kelvedon.  As we were there with Abi and Paul before most of the Guests we all went for a quick walk around Crabbs Barn for a few of their pictures.  During the Drinks Reception some family group pictures were taken, followed by some fun bridal party pictures.  After photographing the Speeches ,which followed the Wedding Breakfast, the weather and evening light was good so we took Abi and Paul for a walk in the lane achieving some relaxed pictures ending with a sunset picture. The evening reception began, Evening Guests arrived, and once the Band was set up, Abi and Paul took to the floor for their First Dance.  To finish our coverage of Abi and Paul’s Wedding Day we took a nightime picture of them outside the Barn.

  • Crabbs Barn Wedding Photography – Amy & George

Amy arrived at Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon, for her Wedding with her hair and make-up done except for the finishing touches.  Having the use of the Bridal Suite to complete her getting ready and the pictures worked well.  With Accessories pictures and last minute getting ready pictures taken, there was time for a few family pictures.  As the weather was good we stepped outside and had enough time to complete these pictures before it was time for the Civil Ceremony.  Following the Ceremony Amy, George and their Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception in the grounds of Crabbs Barn.  Music was provided by Sister Sax.  As Amy and George wanted Wedding Photography coverage of their Wedding up until the Wedding Breakfast, it wasn’t long before family groups were organised as well as the fun shots of the Bridal Party.  After Amy and George had a little while with their Guests we took them for a short walk around the gardens of Crabbs Barn.  They were also happy to venture into the lane and a visit to the Cornfield opposite, which achieved some nice pictures.  Upon their return to the Barn, it was time for the Wedding Breakfast time for us to leave them to enjoy the rest of the day.
