A visit for Wivenhoe House Wedding Photography was the last Wedding we covered in September. This was just before before number restrictions were brought in. Maeann and Mike as well as David and I were so happy that the Wedding could go ahead with 30 being the number of Guests allowed.
It was a beautifully hot Autumnal day for Maeann and Mike’s Wedding. When we first arrived at Wivenhoe House, we spotted Mike’s pride and joy, his Harley Davidson motorbike! Looking spick and span for this wonderful day we took a few pictures of it. Maeann was getting ready upstairs in Wivenhoe House with her close family. After saying ‘hello’ I got on with taking a few various picures.

Meanwhile David went off to find Mike who was getting ready in another room in the Hotel. A few pictures of Mike’s preparations were taken before going outside for a few pictures. Meanwhile, Maeann was getting dressed being assisted by her sister. Once Maeann was ready, we took a few arranged pictures.

The Wedding Guests were waiting to take their places for the Wedding Ceremony. It was a glorious day for an outside Wedding and the setting was perfect. When the Guests were seated, Maeann took her Son’s arm and made her way out of Wivenhoe House into the lovely grounds. The Gazebo looked wonderful, enhanced by the beautiful flowers provided by Jo of Browns Blooms & Balloons.
The Wedding Ceremony

After the Wedding Ceremony everyone enjoyed a relaxed afternoon in the grounds. There was plenty of space for people to social distance and room to take pictures everywhere. Informal pictures were great to take. Whilst the Guests were enjoying the afternoon we took Mike and Maeann for a short walk in Wivenhoe Park. It was lovely! Nice to have the lake as a backdrop.

Walking back and before we rejoined the Guests Maeann and Mike wanted some pictures on the bike! Great!

Returning to the Guests petals were provided and after showering Maeann and Mike with them, we used them in other pictures.
Evening Time

Later on, it was time for the Wedding Breakfast and Speeches. Afterwards, Guests went outside, enyoyed the early evening sunshine. We stayed a while so we could get a sunset picture, Mike and Maeann with the sparklers and a few evening pictures around Wivenhoe House.
After completing these, we then said our ‘goodbyes’. Maeann and Mike, you are a lovely couple, thank you for asking us to be your Wivenhoe House Wedding Photographers. It was a fabulous day!
