  • Wedding Photography for Julie & Mike at Felixstowe Town Hall

We were pleased to be asked by Julie and Mike to take a few pictures of their low key Wedding at Felixstowe Town Hall. Julie and Mike just wanted a selection of pictures to record their Ceremony and the time afterwards spent with their families and a few friends.

Mike was greeting a few of the Guests at the venue when we arrived, so after taking a couple of pictures of him, it wasn’t long before Julie arrived with her son . After a couple of pictures of them, they made their way upto the Ceremony Room.

After Julie and Mike had made their vows, exchanged rings they exited the room to a side room for a reception.

After a short while we took Julie, Mike and their Guests outside for a group picture and a few requested pictures they wanted.

On a less cold and windy afternoon we would all have stayed outside for a little longer. Julie and Mike after having a little warm up inside then came back outside for a few pictures of them a little later.

Capturing some informal pictures of the Guests and the Speeches during the afternoon followed, until it was time for confetti on the steps and leaving.

  • Hintlesham Hall Wedding Photography for Jemma & Ben

Hintlesham Hall Wedding Photography is always great and we were delighted that Jemma and Ben booked us for their autumn Wedding. It was a beautiful November day. We arrived quite early in the morning at Hintlesham Hall so we could take some images of the preparations going on.

Jemma and her sister, Olivia, were enjoying the time getting ready upstairs. With lots to photograph we got on with our job whilst Jemma and Olivia continued their preparations. Once the pictures of Jemma’s Dress and accessories were taken Olivia put her Bridesmaid Dress on and then assisted Jemma.

Meanwhile, Ben was downstairs in Hintlesham Hall with his Best Man and Ushers. After the Groomsmen had their pictures taken outside, they greeted the Guests as they arrived.

Jemma was almost ready when she was joined by her Mother and Father upstairs. Good timing! Jemma looked elegant in her dress, after a few Bridal pictures we got on with taking a few family pictures in the room. It was then time for Jemma to make her way to the Ceremony. On the way Jemma paused on the staircase for a few extra pictures.

    The Wedding Ceremony

With everybody seated for the Ceremony, the doors opened and Jemma holding her Father’s arm walked up the aisle. After the Ceremony, Reception Drinks were served inside and everyone socialised for a little while. As it was  such a lovely afternoon we were able to take all the requested family group pictures outside.

We then took Jemma and Ben for a short walk around the grounds. Hintlesham Hall is a lovely setting and has many opportunities for pictures with wonderful backdrops. Autumn colours enhanced the setting and we were eager to take advantage of it. Jemma and Ben’s together pictures were lovely.

    Barnardiston School wedding – Sophie-Jane & Christopher

It was an early start for Sophie-Jane & Chris’ summer ceremony at Withersfield Church and Barnardiston School wedding reception in Suffolk.  We arrived at Sophie-Jane’s Parents house where all the preparations were happening for Sophie, the Bridesmaids, Flowergirl and Pageboys.  Hair and Make up preparations were going well and whilst this was taking place, we capturing the moments, as well as taking pictures of Sophie-Jane’s Dress and Accessories. It was a beautiful day, really hot but fortunately we found a shady spot in the garden for a few pictures. Taking a few pictures of them all  we then left them to go to St Mary the Virgin Church at Withersfield. Chris arrived on his Dad’s tractor so after taking a couple of pictures and his Groomsmen, they made their way into the Church.Wedding Photography Suffolk As the Guests arrived we took some arrival pictures.  Sophie-Jane arrived a little while later and with all the Guests inside the Church made her way into the Church for the service. Following the service, Sophie-Jane and Chris led their Wedding Guests out of the Church into the brilliant sunshine for a few requested pictures.  Once these were completed the Guests lined the path and showered Sophie-Jane and Chris with confetti as they walked  towards the car. Suffolk Church Wedding Photographer Barnardiston School was the venue for the Reception.  Whilst waiting for all of the Guests to arrive we took Sophie-Jane and Chris for a walk around the grounds finishing with a few pictures in the School, which holds fond memories for Sophie.Barnardiston School wedding Later, after Sophie-Jane and Chris had time to socialise with their Guests we got on with taking the requested family pictures. With garden games, and  a Bouncy Castle everybody enjoyed  the afternoon sun.  The Speeches followed the Wedding Breakfast. Some of the Guests, especially the children, wanted their pictures taken in the tractor which we were happy to take. The evening Guests started to arrive and soon it was time for the cake cutting and First Dance. The best place for a sunset picture was in a nearby cornfield just up the road and Sophie-Jane and Chris were more than happy to get in our car and off we went.  It was worth it! sunset Wedding Photos SuffolkHappy with our coverage  a short time later we said our goodbyes. • Pre-Wedding Pictures for Georgina and Thomas

It was a chilly but dry afternoon when we met Georgina and Tom for their pre-Wedding pictures at Georgina’s family home.  After discussing final details of their Wedding we took a stroll around the farm, where we were spoilt for choice of where we took photographs of Georgina and Tom.  We had a fun time and are looking forward to their Wedding soon.

  • Wedding Photography for Louise & Kieran at Smeetham Hall Barn, Bulmer

After heavy rain in the morning of Louise & Kieran’s Wedding Day, we were wondering what the weather was going to be like for the rest of the day!   Although the rain had stopped, unfortunately the garden was rather wet when we wanted to do take Louise’s getting ready pictures, which was a shame, as Louise’s Dad had put so much effort into getting it to look nice.  Despite that we got some really nice shots of Louise inside the house on the stairs.  Following the Civil Ceremony at Smeetham Hall Barn at Bulmer, the sun was shining and it was very warm, which was good as Louise and Kieran had booked Matt Benecci Ice Cream Company, which went down a treat!  Following a few group pictures we were able to take the Bride and Groom, as well as the Bridal Party, for some informal pictures around the lovely grounds of Smeetham Hall Barn.  Our day concluded with a few pictures of Louise and Kieran in the early evening.
