Fennes Wedding Photography for Catherine & Adam

Yes, finally, Catherine and Adam’s Wedding at Fennes! After postponements, due to Covid and the birth of their daughter, Felicity, the Wedding finally took place!

Catherine and her Bridesmaids were getting ready at Fennes and all was going well.

The Camper Van was waiting to take Adam and his Groomsmen to St Mary’s Church Bocking for the Wedding service but there was time to take a few pictures of them before leaving.

Time as always was going very fast but we managed to take a few pictures of the girls before they left.

All Felicity wanted when we got to the Church was her Mum! No problem, Catherine carried her into the Church. Felicity loved being a part of her Mum and Dad’s Wedding Day.

A few pictures outside the Church and off we went back to Fennes,

A lovely relaxed afternoon was spent at Fennes enjoying the wonderful weather. We spent a little time with Catherine and Adam, taking a few pictures of them on the Bridge.

It was a beautiful evening after the Wedding Breakfast and Speeches so outside was the place to be. Sparklers finished our coverage of Catherine and Adam’s lovely Wedding Day.

Wedding Photography Fennes for Paula & Jason

Wedding Photography Fennes – Great to be back at the wonderful Fennes a few days after our previous Wedding there. It is a brilliant Venue with superb staff to make your Wedding Day so special. Paula and Jason’s Wedding was no exception! It was overcast but dry when we arrived at Fennes on the morning of the Wedding. We headed up to the Bridal Changing Room where Paula was getting ready. Everybody was very relaxed and preparations were going well. The men were getting ready in the Lodges so David made his way over to them to see how things were progressing. Very well was the answer, so after capturing a few of these pictures, Jason and his Groomsmen made their way over to the House for a few pictures. Afterwards, as the Guests arrived, Jason greeted them whilst we captured a few arrival pictures as well. The girls were well on their way by this time and soon ready for their pictures. Paula’s Brother came to join us as we started as he was going to be giving her away. After a few pictures it was time for the Civil Ceremony. The Pavilion looked lovely, the Guests were seated, the Harpist was playing and all was ready for Paula to make her entrance. Following the Ceremony everyone walked up to the front of the house for the Drinks Reception. It was raining outside so everybody socialised inside for a while. Fortunately, the weather did break, long enough for us to take some requested family pictures outside. Once these were completed we took Paula and Jason for a very quick walk around the grounds. It was drizzling a little bit by now so we started with a brolly but were able to discard it after a couple of pictures as it had virtually stopped.. It would have been a shame if we didn’t include the bluebells and blossom in Paula and Jason’s pictures so were very lucky. Riding our luck we did a few fun Bridal Party pictures outside before going back inside for to take a few more.Paula and Jason then carried on with talking to their Guests. During the rest of the time before the Wedding Breakfast we took a variety of informal pictures.The Speeches provided some good reactions which we were there to capture. During the time before the Evening Guests arrived we took a few pictures in Fennes as it was raining of Paula and Jason and some group shots as of their Evening Guests. Later Paula and Jason cut their Wedding Cake before taking to the dance floor for their First Dance. A lovely couple! Wedding Photography Fennes for Amanda & Nick

The wonderful Fennes was the Wedding Venue chosen by Amanda an Nick for their relaxed mid afternoon Wedding. What a good choice it was! It was a nice day for their Wedding and the grounds around Fennes looked superb. Our first port of call when we arrived at Fennes was to go and see Amanda who was getting ready upstairs. Everything was running smoothly, fun and laughter was a-plenty during the preparations. Meanwhile Nick was getting ready in one of the Lodges so after capturing a few of those pictures David took a few pictures of Nick and his Groomsmen outside the House. Leaving Nick to greet the Guests in the sunshine David returned upstairs to where the girls were. By this time the girls were dressed including the Flowergirl, Bethany. Amanda’s Father came into the room to see his daughter and then we got on with taking a few set shots.

The Ceremony took place in the Pavilion with the junior Usher Callum saying a few words. Some nice moments. After the Ceremony everybody went outside to enjoy the Drinks Reception. The children amused themselves playing in the trees in the spring sunshine. A little later we got on with taking some requested family pictures, followed by some more relaxed pictures. During the afternoon we took Amanda and Nick onto the Bridge for a few pictures and a walk through the trees. The blossom was out and this made for some nice images. Amanda and Nick had some time to spend with their Guests before it was time to go through to the Pavilion for the Speeches and meal. The speeches went well, including a Speech from Amanda’s sister, Felicity, and from Amanda as well. Everyone then enjoyed the Hog Roast. Later on there was time for a few evening pictures around Fennes finishing with a sunset and our ‘heart’ picture. Amanda and Nick cut their Wedding Cake when the Evening Guests arrived and then took to the dance floor for their First Dance. After taking some informal pictures during the evening, it was time for us to leave. A lovely Fennes Wedding! Thank you Amanda and Nick for asking us to photograph your Wedding Day, it flowed very nicely, we know you enjoyed it and we did too!

Fennes Wedding Photographs for Alison & Mark

It was great to be back to the wonderful Wedding Venue Fennes for the Spring Wedding of Alison and Mark. Arriving at Fennes we went unto the Bridal Changing Room where Alison and the Girls were getting ready. Preparations were going smoothly so we got on with taking pictures of Alison’s details and accessories in the Fennes Suite. Returning to the girls we captured a few getting ready pictures in between watching for Mark to arrive. Unbeknown to Mark he was being picked up at his Hotel by www.delboyvan.co.uk as a surprise Wedding present from Alison! We definitely wanted to be around when he arrived at Fennes as did Alison! Making sure Alison was unseen in the Fennes Suite when the moment arrived worked well. Alison carried on with her preparations afterwards. Mark got out of the van grinning from ear to ear, he was clearly delighted by the surprise. The Bridesmaids and Alison continued getting ready whilst Mark had some pictures taken with the van as well as with members of his family. As the Guests arrived they mingled in the Gold Room. Alison looked lovely in her Wedding Dress, and the Bridesmaids looked nice in their Bridesmaids’ dresses, and when everybody was ready we took some pictures. Afterwards Alison went downstairs and had a quiet moment with her Father in the Library before seeing the Registrars. The Wedding Ceremony was in the Pavilion and afterwards everyone made their way upto the front of Fennes for the Drinks Reception. Alison and Mark had a little time for socialising whilst we took a few requested pictures of Guests with the del boy van and then got on with the requested family group pictures. All these pictures went fine. A little later on we took Alison and Mark for a short walk around Fennes for their pictures before ending up in the Gold Room for the confetti. Such nice pictures! The Wedding Breakfast was in the Pavilion and the Speeches followed. Before the start of the evening celebrations we took Alison and Mark for a few evening pictures around Fennes including the ‘heart’ picture. The cutting of the Wedding Cake followed a little later and then their First Dance. Alison and the girls did a special dance afterwards to the Guests as well. After photographing this and happy with our coverage we said our ‘goodbyes’. Alison and Mark, you are such a lovely couple, and it was a pleasure making Fennes Wedding Photographs with you, we captured some great pictures, thank you.
