Wedding Photographer Marks Hall for Hannah & Daniel

We were looking forward to being Wedding Photographer Marks Hall for Hannah & Daniel in the Autumn last year. Having known Hannah for a long time it was a pleasure to be part of Hannah and Daniel’s special day. Our day started at Hannah’s Parents’ house, where Hannah was getting ready with the Bridesmaids. Whilst preparations were going on we took a few pictures of the accessories (loved Hannah’s shoes!) and details.

Ellie, Ruby and Kitty, the younger Bridesmaids and Pip, the Pageboy, were the first to be ready and looked wonderful in the colour scheme Hannah and Daniel had chosen. We took a few pictures of them as Hannah was getting dressed. Wow! Hannah looked amazing in her Wedding Dress! Just enough time for a few pictures of Hannah with her Parents, Gil and Michael and Bridesmaids, Flowergirls and Pageboy, before we left. Marks Hall,Coggeshall. It was lovely to be back there again after not being there for a while. It was a dry, bright day and fingers crossed it would remain so. Dan was there with his Groomsmen and we had a little time to take a few pictures. The sun broke through for the pictures.The men then greeted the Guests giving us the opportunity to take a few informal pictures. Hannah and the girls arrived soon after and made their way inside. Hannah and Dan hoped for suitable weather for an outside Ceremony and luckily got this! Guests took their seats. Hannah took her Father’s arm and they made their way outside for the Ceremony. After the Ceremony, Hannah and Dan had time to enjoy the Drinks Reception outside with their Guests. After a short while we got on with the requested family pictures. With these finished everyone continued socialising. Later we took Hannah and Dan for a short time down to the Lake for a few together pictures before the Bridal Party joined us. Fun pictures at the Lake! During the afternoon other pictures were taken finishing with the confetti pictures. Hannah and Dan chose to have the Speeches before the meal so they could really relax and enjoy the food. Once this was finished Hannah and Dan cut their Wedding Cake and the band set up for the evening entertainment. This gave time for Guests to enjoy a stroll around the grounds and gave us an opportunity for a few extra minutes with Hannah and Dan. The sunset beckoned! We could not have asked for a better evening! The Guests made their way to the dance floor ready for Hannah and Dan’s First Dance. After a few songs, Dan then surprised Hannah by singing with the Band as well. Later during the evening the sparklers were lit and these made for some great pictures. That was the end of our coverage of Hannah and Dan’s Wedding although we stayed until late! A superb day! A wonderful couple! Congratulations Hannah and Dan on your Wedding Day!

Pre-Wedding Photoshoot for Hannah & Daniel

Pre-Wedding photoshoot – Hannah and Daniel came to see us one evening a few weeks before their Wedding in the Autumn last year. Once we had filled in the details of their Wedding Day and had a nice chat about their plans, we went out for a pre-wedding photoshoot. We have known Hannah for some years now and Daniel since he has been on the scene and we are really looking forward to being a part of their Wedding Day. The ‘Blog’ of their Wedding at Marks Hall, Coggeshall, will be coming up soon. Another lovely couple to work with!

Wedding Photography for Melissa & Dave – Marks Hall, Coggeshall

It was a beautiful spring day for the Wedding of Melissa and Dave. Our day started at Melissa’s Parents’ home with the final bridal preparations which were going very well. With everybody ready we took a few pictures of Melissa, her Parents, the Flowergirls and Pageboy, before leaving to go to St. Peter’s Church for the ceremony. The church and grounds looked a picture in the lovely sunshine and as Dave and his Groomsmen arrived at the Church we took a few pictures of them. With everyone seated in the Church it was time for the flowergirls and pageboys to make their entrance into the Church followed by Melissa with her Dad. St Peter’s Church is beautiful and makes for some lovely photographs. Following the service Melissa and Dave let their Guests down the aisle.The guestts lined the path on both sides for the confetti throwing. Melissa and Dave wanted a few family group pictures taken at the Church which we did before leaving to go to the Reception at Marks Hall, Coggeshall. Whilst the Guests were arriving, Melissa, Dave and ourselves went for a short walk around the grounds and to the lakes. Melissa and Dave are a lovely couple full of enthusiasm and aided by the warm weather made for some great relaxed pictures. Although spoilt for choice as to the photographic opportunities, we only kept Melissa and Dave a minimum amount of time away for their Guests, hoping for a little time later on! Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception on the Terrace and we captured some nice images of the Bridesmaids and Pageboys in the garden. The Wedding Breakfast was held in the Coach House and followed by the Speeches. Playing a waiting game for the sunset resulted in some brilliant pictures as the evening Guests were arriving. A little while after the First Dance it was time for us to say goodbye. A brilliant day and thank you to Bouqui Garni for a super meal.

Wedding Photography for Rebecca & Peter at Spains Hall, Finchingfield

Spains Hall, Finchingfield – We have had the opportunity of meeting Beccs and Pete at Pete’s sister’s Wedding a few years ago, as well as for portrait photographs and Engagement pictures in the meantime. It was a busy but fun morning when David and I arrived at Crest Lodge, Spain’s Hall, Finchingfield, Essex, especially as there were eight Bridesmaids as well as the Bride getting ready! It was lovely to see Katie and Elisha again as we had previously photographed their Weddings. Everybody was ready on time enabling us to take some lovely pictures before setting off for the Church. St. Andrew’s Church, Barnston, was the Church that Bex and Pete wanted to be married in. Bex and Pete were keen to do some pictures after the Church service in the Cornfield opposite the Church, which we did ,and achieved some lovely shots on a beautiful afternoon. On our return to Spains Hall the Guests enjoyed drinks in the Gardens. We photographed the Bride and Groom for a short time, whilst the Guests were being seated for the Wedding Breakfast. Later Bex and Pete wanted some evening pictures around Spains Hall and this resulted in some sunset pictures. A lovely end to the day.

Wedding Photography for Helen & Matthew at Marks Hall

We had the pleasure of being the Essex Wedding Photographers for the Wedding of Helen and Matthew. Our day started at the Bride’s house where the warm weather allowed us to take some pictures in garden. After the church service at St Michael’s, Copford, and as Helen and Matthew exited the church, they were greeted by a bagpipe band, a surprise for Matthew! The Reception was held at the lovely Coach House, Marks Hall, Coggeshall. The walled garden and the formal gardens provided us with some nice backdrops.
