  • Engagement Pictures for Emma & James

Engagement Pictures – It was a warm bright day when we arrived one morning at the home of Emma’s Parents for Emma and James’ Engagement Pictures.  After a chat about their Wedding, the lovely garden provided us with opportunities of taking some nice pictures. Emma and James are getting married in the summer at Court Lodge Barn, Stansted, Kent.

  • No pressure – Professional Wedding Photographers!

When you book our services you will not be pressurised into booking other wedding services for our profit. We earn our living photographing weddings. If you ask for our recommendations we will gladly give them because that supplier or service is known to us as reliable, responsible etc, not for a payment!

Similarly, when a Venue recommends us it is because we do a good job and work well with the other suppliers, not because we pay a commission! We do know of a few Venues who are very insistant that you use specific suppliers, I wonder why?

Should you visit our studio to view our work, there will be no pressure to book. Our clients book because they want us to to a job, not because we pressurised them!

  • Wedding Photography for Abby & Michael – The Old Kent Barn, Dover

Abby and Michael chose The Old Kent Bar, Dover, for their Civil Wedding Ceremony and Reception.  Abby got ready in the oldest part of the Barn which had atmospheric oak beams which added to the character of the pictures.  The Ceremony was held outdoors in the Gazebo, which was beautifully decorated.  After the Ceremony the Guests enjoyed a Drinks Reception on the lawn in the sunshine, whilst we arranged the requested family groups, assisted by Ian Low, the Toastmaster.  The Wedding Breakfast was held in the fabulous new Tithe Barn and the meal was excellent.  After the Speeches we took Abby and Michael for a few pictures by the lake and around the Barn, briefly interrupted by a fly-past by Abby’s Dad’s plane.  As it was such a lovely day, we waited for the wonderful sunset which was a while after the First Dance but well worth the wait.  This was our first visit to The Old Kent Barn, Dover, and we were very impressed not only with the Venue itself but with the friendliness of the Owners and staff and hope it will not be too long before we are there again. The Old Kent Barn, Dover

  • Wedding Photography for Cheryl & Chris at Oakwood House, Maidstone

We made an early start for the Wedding of Cheryl and Chris, to avoid the possibility of delay on the M25!  It was fine actually, and we arrived at Cheryl’s house in plenty of time where final preparations were being undertaken.  After capturing these we travelled to Oakwood House, Maidstone, Kent, where the Civil Ceremony and Reception were being held.   The grounds provided wonderful opportunities for our range of family group pictures and Bride and Groom portraits.  Although it was a lovely day outside we still made use of the wonderful staircase an rooms inside this Victorian Mansion House for some different images.  After the Wedding Breakfast, Cheryl and Chris had engaged a great singer who did a good impersonation of Elvis as part of his routine and got everyone dancing early evening where we captured some entertaining moments!  This was our first visit to Oakwood House, (hopefully not too long before we visit again!) and we would like to thank all the staff for being friendly and helpful.Wedding Photo at Oakwood House, Maidstone

  • Wedding Photography for Kate and Shaun at Cooling Castle Barn, Kent

Our day started with Kate and the Girls at their Hotel, followed by a Church Ceremony at St. Helen’s, Cliffe.  Shaun arrived at the Church with his Best Man in a vintage Rover Police Car.  Following the Ceromony we took a few formal groups at the Church door and then left to go to Cooling Castle Barn, Nr Rochester, Kent.  This stunning Venue was another new Venue for us.  The weather was sufficiently kind, enabling us to take a few pictures around the grounds.  After the Weddding Breakfast Kate and Shaun wanted a few pictures of themselves around the inside of the Barn which we were more than happy to take.  After the Bride and Groom’s First Dance the Guests were treated to a surprise display by a travelling cast of River Dance, which was superb.
