Fennes Wedding Photographer for Stephanie & Paul

What a glorious day to be Fennes Wedding Photographer for Stephanie and Paul’s Wedding at this stunning Venue! Starting at Fennes on the morning of the Wedding there was a hive of activity, excitement and people everywhere! With a large Bridal Party of adults and children it was lively! After saying ‘hello’, a quick chat and familiarising ourselves with where we would be taking pictures of the dresses, accessories, we got on with our work.

Recommended Wedding Photographer FennesSienna, Stephanie and Paul’s eldest daughter was very involved from the outset, helping and enjoying every moment. Ellie took a little while to do the same but then found it was good fun! Paul was in the Bridal Cottage finishing off his preparations so David went over there to meet him. When Paul, his Groomsmen and the Pageboys were ready there was time to take a few pictures before the ceremony. Meanwhile, Stephanie, the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls were getting dressed. Wow! Stephanie looked stunning as did the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls. The Pageboys looked so smart as well when they joined the girls. There was time to take a few pictures of them all before  Stephanie headed downstairs. Stephanie’s Grandad was waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs and after greeting Stephanie they went in to to see the Registrars. Paul and the Wedding Guests were seated at the last moment outside for the Ceremony as it was a hot day, just in time for the Ceremony to begin! Lovely pictures as the children led the way from the Gold Room towards the Gazebo.Fennes Wedding PhotographerStephanie took her Grandad’s arm followed the Bridesmaids. The beautiful colour scheme that Stephanie and Paul had chosen for their Wedding enhanced the setting. Following the Ceremony and after Stephanie and Paul spent a little time with their Guests we got on with the requested family pictures. Moving over to the trees for the Bridal Party pictures for a little shade!Fennes Recommended Wedding Photographer During the afternoon we captured relaxed informal pictures of  everyone and spent a few minutes with Stephanie and Paul around the grounds for their pictures. Just before the Wedding Breakfast Stephanie and Paul were covered in confetti. The Pavilion looked lovely for the Wedding Breakfast.  We covered the Speeches which provided great amusement and reactions.  Stephanie and Paul took the opportunity for some time in the grounds in the evening as did a number of the Guests. We took this opportunity of a few evening pictures of the two of them as well as taking relaxed informal pictures of their Guests.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes  Evening Guests arrived and Stephanie and Paul spent some time with them before sunset. On our return Stephanie and Paul cut their Wedding Cake and had their First Dance. We left them a little later to continue their evening celebrations. A wonderful day!

Pre-Wedding Pictures – In the summer last year Jodie and Oliver came to see us to update us on their Wedding plans for their Wedding at Fennes in the Autumn. It was nice to see them again and after a chat about their Wedding Day we went for a short stroll locally for some pictures of them. It was a lovely day and we took some simple nice pictures.

Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David

It was a day of changeable weather for when we went for Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David. Just after we arrived at the lovely Fennes, Louisa and the girls arrived with the Flowergirls. Giving them time to settle in we went off and took a few pictures of general details around Fennes. Returning to the girls little later, everything was going well, whilst David with his Groomsmen and boys were getting ready in the Bridal Cottage.  The girls with their hair already finished then proceeded to get dressed. The men and boys were ready for some pictures first, so we got on with taking theirs. Leaving them to talk to the Guests, it was now time to turn all our attention to Louisa and the girls. After a few pictures, we had enough time to take a few bridal portraits of Louisa, before it was time for them all to go downstairs.Fennes Recommended Wedding PhotographerThe sudden shower of rain put paid to the outside Ceremony which the Fennes Staff had to quickly rearrange indoors.  Clark, Louisa and David’s son, was giving Louisa away and did a grand job of escorting her down the aisle. Following the Ceremony, the rain had stopped and it brightened up so we were able to take the requested family pictures outside. It was a good job we did them then because as we finished the big group picture it started to rain again! We captured some informal pictures of the Drinks Receptions inside and took Louisa and David into the Library for a few pictures of the two of them.Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and DavidIt was  one of those days where the sun then came out again so we managed a couple of outdoor pictures also. Just before the Wedding Breakfast everyone showered confetti over Louisa and David.  Following the Wedding Breakfast, it was time for the Speeches. After David’s Speech, Clark said more than a few words which he delivered very well indeed, emotions were running high! It turned out to be a lovely evening weather wise, garden games were available for those that wanted to play them, whilst others walked around the nice grounds of Fennes. Louisa and David had a couple of pictures taken on the bridge before a couple of pictures with all their children, Millie, Taylor, Samuel and Clark.   Fennes Wedding PhotographerThe cake cutting and First Dance took place in the Pavilion.  Finishing our coverage of Louisa and David’s Wedding Day we took a couple of night shots, as well as the’heart’shot. A wonderful set of Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David and a wonderful day.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes

Wedding Photographs Fennes for Kerry & Asif

Wedding Photographs Fennes for Kerry & Asif  was a nice assignment a couple of months ago.  Kerry was getting ready in the Bridal Room in Fennes whilst Asif  was over in the Cottage. Preparations were going well, we just had our fingers crossed, the rain would stop for Asif’s pictures before the start of the Wedding.  Thankfully it did and we were able to take Asif’s pictures together with his Groomsmen outside Fennes once they were ready.  They then greeted the Guests downstairs in Fennes, whilst we returned upstairs as the girls were ready. We got on with taking a few pictures of them.

Fennes Recommended Wedding Photographer  As the Guests made their way into the Pavilion for the ceremony, the girls came downstairs and Kerry met with the Registrars. During the Ceremony, Imani sang a song whilst playing the Guitar. Kerry and Asif left the Pavilion accompanied by their Guests and went outside. The rain had stopped which made everyone much happier! Making the most of the weather we got on with taking the requested family pictures first off. During the Drinks Reception  Kerry and Asif spent time with their Guests allowing us to capture some natural pictures.Wedding Photographs Fennes Essex Confetti pictures were taken in the Gold Room just before the Wedding Breakfast. For the sunset pictures that evening, the best place for the pictures was a quick ride in our car to get to it!  Happy with our coverage of Kerry and Asif’s Wedding we returned them to their Guests and said our goodbyes. Fennes Wedding Photography for Emily & Robert

It was lovely to return for Fennes Wedding Photography for Emily and Robert. When we arrived at Fennes there was lots going with the girls at various stages of getting ready.  Leaving them to it for a few minutes, we went to the Fennes Suite to take the pictures of Emily’s Wedding Dress and accessories. Returning to the girls I stayed with them whilst David went off to meet with Rob and his Groomsmen. They were ready for their pictures and Rob wanted to go to the barn for some of the guys pictures.  That was fine!  As time was on our side, the men had some pictures taken in front of Fennes as well before they greeted the Guests. Meanwhile back upstairs in Fennes Bridal Room, final preparations were coming on well. It wasn’t long before all the girls ready so we got on with a few photos.

Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes Emily’s Father was waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs so after greeting him they went for a short walk before the Ceremony. A special moment for them! The Guests were seated in the Pavilion for the Ceremony so when Emily and her Father returned,  the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls led the way into the Pavilion.  After the Ceremony Emily and Rob had a few minutes to themselves in the Gold Room letting the Guests go outside to get ready for the bubble pictures. Some great reactions! Fennes Recommended Wedding PhotographerDuring the afternoon the requested family pictures were taken as well as the fun Bridal party pictures and Emily and Rob’s ‘together’pictures. Fennes Wedding PhotographyThey still had social time! Emily and Rob then greeted their Guests in the Receiving Line before the Wedding Breakfast. The Speeches followed including a surprise video appearance from Emily’s sister and husband, who were unable to attend the Wedding. It was such a lovely evening, the grounds were bathed in sunshine so everyone made the most of it. Evening pictures beckoned for Emily and Rob and the Bridal party on the bridge, as well as informal pictures of Guests. Good fun was had! Emily and Rob took to the dance floor a little later on for their First Dance. With sunset happening we took the short walk to where we could see the sky, even the short walk generated some nice relaxed pictures of Emily and Rob.Fennes Wedding Photographer Time for us to leave. A wonderful Wedding and a lovely day of Fennes wedding photography! As always thanks to the staff at Fennes for their help and looking after us.

Fennes Wedding Photographs for Joanne and Keiran

It was a nice day when we arrived at Fennes for Jo and Keiran’s Fairytale Wedding. Jo was getting ready there, so after saying ‘hello’ and a quick chat to the girls, we got on with taking general preparation shots. Joanne’s Wedding Dress and Accessories were in the Fennes Suite so we made sure we took pictures of these before Jo dressed in them. The Bridesmaids and Mum then assisted Joanne with putting her dress on. We took a couple of pictures including the first time Joanne’s Father saw his daughter in her Wedding Dress before we all went downstairs into the Gold Room.Fennes Wedding Photographs That is a nice option when getting ready at Fennes then leaving for the service elsewhere, no guests to see the Bride! After a a few pictures of Joanne and her Bridesmaids, it was time for the Bridesmaids to leave in the Horse & Carriage for St Mary’s Church, Bocking. There was a little time for us to take a few Bridal portraits of Joanne, who looked beautiful, and a couple of pictures with her Parents before it was time for us to leave. Arriving at St. Mary’s Church, the men were carrying out their duties. Knowing the Horse and Carriage was on the way back to Fennes to pick up Joanne and her Father we got on with taking pictures of Keiran with his Groomsmen and Parents, safe in the knowledge that Jo was not going to appear! They then resumed their duties whilst we took a few Guest arrival pictures. Joanne arrived and together with her Bridesmaids walked up the path to the Church for the service. Wedding Photographer St Marys Bocking Essex This Wedding service will be remembered for a long time to come! Joanne and Keiran’s Wedding had a ‘Disney’ Theme running throughout and the Vicar played his part!  With everybody listening to what the Vicar was saying about Joannne and Keiran, nobody expected him then to burst into the disney song ‘When you wish upon a Star”. A wonderful performance! Some lovely captured moments of surprise for everyone and tears of joy from Joanne!  After the service Joanne and Keiran went outside, greeted a few Guests before we got on with a few requested family pictures. Once these were finished, Guests made their way down the path to the entrance gate ready for the confetti throwing.Wedding Photographer Fennes Horse and carriage Afterwards it was time to go to Fennes for the Reception.  During the Drinks Reception as well as taking some informal pictures of Guests we took a few other pictures and had time for a few pictures of Joanne and Keiran.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes It started to rain just as we finished the pictures, the Bride and Groom were really lucky! Whilst the Guests made their way down to the Pavilion for the Wedding  Breakfast, Jo and Keiran chilled out in the Red Room where we took a shot of them just as they were! The Speeches followed the meal, some brilliant reactions!  Later they cut their Wedding Cake and had their First Dance. After taking a few evening pictures we made ourselves scarce so as not to spoil the surprise. There was going to be a Firework display a little later on. Fortunately, when the time came the rain had stopped so everyone could go outside and watch the fabulous display. Happy with our fireworks pictures and after saying our goodbyes we left them to carry on the celebrations.Recommended Wedding Fennes photographer fireworks It was a pleasure being part of Joanne and Keiran’s special day, a lovely couple, and thank you both for wanting the pictures. It was a lovely day when we arrived at Fennes for Lindsay and Dane’s Wedding. On arriving at Fennes, we just followed the sound of chatter and laughter which was happening in the Bridal Room. Preparations were going well especially with lots of Bridesmaids and a Flowergirl. Leaving the girls for a few minutes to carry on we went into Fennes Suite where we took pictures of the Lindsay’s Wedding Dress and accessories. Dane was making his final preparations at Fennes with his Ushers and Groomsmen.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes When Dane was ready, looking very dapper, together with his Best Man, Ushers and Groomsmen, they had a few pictures taken in front of the house. The wonderful Fennes was the choice of Wedding Venue for Natalie and Craig’s Wedding. An outside Ceremony was what Natalie and Craig were wishing for, so it was fingers crossed the weather would hold. Natalie was getting ready upstairs with the help of her Bridesmaids, so first of all we went to see them. Craig was getting ready in the Bridal Cottage with his son Max, and when they were in the final stages of getting ready we were there to take the pictures. Prior to Natalie and Craig’s Wedding Day, Natalie had dislocated her Collar bone so she was trying not to use her arm very much! Once the men were ready they had a few pictures taken outside Fennes before they went about their duties.

Recommended Wedding Photographers FennesNatalie and the girls were now ready and after her Stepdad saw her for the first look we took a few pictures of them all before it was time for Natalie to see the Registrars.  So far the weather was staying fine, maybe a little cooler that recently but nothing to stop the outdoor Ceremony. The Guests were seated and with everyone in place it was time for Natalie to walk the short distance to the Gazebo. Natalie and Craig’s dog led the way, carrying the rings! The rain stayed away, just!Fennes Recommended Wedding Photographer After the Ceremony the Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception with some going inside and others staying outside eating ice cream! Fennes is a beautiful setting for a Wedding and it looked wonderful as we arrived for Stacey and Michael’s Wedding in May. Stacey was getting ready upstairs in the House and Michael was getting ready in the Lodges.  Stacey and Michael’s sons, Noah and Harry were with their Daddy, with the plan that they joined Stacey once she was dressed. Preparations were going well and they were all very relaxed.
