It was lovely to see Katy and Kevin again, we were their Wedding Photographers for their Wedding at Prested Hall, Feering in 2009. Katy and Kevin wanted some pictures of their children and we were more than happy to oblige. After spending a little time with Isla and Ethan before taking some portraits, we ended up with some nice images of both of them together with a nice family group picture. Although we do have a small studio we prefer visiting clients in their own homes which always seems far more relaxed for children’s or family portraits. In this case the best light was in the kitchen!

It was lovely to see Janet and Mick and their family earlier this year for some family portraits. Janet contacted us to arrange a time when all the family were together as they wanted a selection of pictures taken. A nice afternoon with pleasing results.

First Holy Communion

The last time we took some pictures of Matilda was when she was a baby, now it was just before her First Holy Communion. We took a range of portraits in the garden to mark the event.

It was nice to be see Jodie and Adam for some family portraits. We took some family portraits of Jodie, Adam and Isla, a couple of years ago and they now wanted some pictures of the new addition to their family, Freddie. Freddie and Isla were great and we achieved some nice family portraits.

Family Portraits – Childrens Pictures

Last year, Val, who is an Essex Registrar, asked us to take some family portraits of her grandchildren. They were altogether at Christmas and it was a chance for us to do so. We had a fun morning and it was great to see Jennie again, Val’s daughter, whose Wedding we photographed at Crabbs Barn, back in 2007!

It was nice to see Katie and Jon again, the last time we saw them was when we photographed their Wedding at Channels Golf Club, Chelmsford in 2011. Katie and Jon wanted some pictures of their children Sophie who was nearly two years old and Zak, who was four weeks old, as well as a couple of family photographs.

Family pictures in High Woods Country Park, Colchester

High Woods Country Park, Colchester, was the venue for some family pictures for Wendy, Wayne with their son, Owen. It was a lovely morning, achieving some nice images.

Family Portraits

Cheryl got in touch with us last year as she had been given one of our Portrait Vouchers from one of her friends. We were happy to go to her house and meet the family. We had an enjoyable time and ended up with a variety of pictures which we were all very pleased with.

Family Pictures

We have created family pictures several times for Vicki, Sean and their son Owen since Vicki and Sean’s wedding at Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon. Deciding this time to go for some environmental portraits this time, we went for a walk to find a suitable spot for some outside pictures. It turned out to be between some trees between the local rugby and cricket grounds, it’s often what we leave out that makes a difference! With Owen just walking, it was good fun and we ended up with some nice relaxed family pictures. We are looking forward to seeing them all again in 2014 at a family wedding they recommended us for.

Family Pictures

It was lovely to see Helen and Stephen again, the last time being at their Wedding at Hedingham Castle in 2011. Helen and Stephen had asked us to take some family pictures in the garden of their family home and lucky for us the morning we chose to do this the weather was kind to us.
