    Family Portraits Billericay Essex

    As always it was lovely to go and see Sarah and Will again. This time it was to meet the newest addition to their family, Freddie. We were the Wedding Photographers for Sarah and Will’s Wedding at Prested Hall, Kelvedon a few years ago and then took some family pictures in 2014 after their daughter, Harriet, was born. They now wanted to update their family pictures to include Freddie which we were more than happy to do. The pictures of Harriet and Freddie, both individually and together worked well, a little more challenging at as a family!  Still we did it! Looking forward to the next time as well! We really must thank Sarah and Will for recommending us both for Weddings and Family Pictures. we have lost count of how many jobs they have got us!

    Family Portraits

    During our very busy time photographing Weddings in the summer, it’s nice to ring the changes! One morning in July this year, we went to see Sam and Paul and their family again  to take some Family Portraits of the children and update their family pictures . We took a few pictures of Millie and Harry indoors but as it was such a lovely morning outside beckoned! Millie and Harry were stars! An enjoyable time was had and some nice relaxed Family Portraits were created!

    James and Sarah got in touch with us recently about updating their family pictures. We can’t believe it was their Wedding in 2010 which we photographed at Barnsdale Hall, Rutland. Finding a time when all family members can get together is always hard but worthwhile in the end.

    It was nice to be asked by Sarah and Russell to again update their family pictures. Previously we had taken pictures of their son, Beau and a couple of family pictures. Now they wanted some pictures of their new daughter, Fleur as well as some of them altogether.  Beau liked being the big brother, helping us out and keeping Fleur amused. Lovely to see this family again and we look forward to seeing them later this year. We were wedding photographers for Sarah and Russell at Crabbs Barn a few years back.Children and babies are always fun to capture. Whilst it is great to work with new clients, it is fantastic to see our former wedding couples again and how they are moving on in life – we feel part of their life story!

    Relaxed Family Portraits Essex

    Jane and Alan were married at Greenwoods Hotel, Ingatestone, in 2009 so it was nice to see them again, and meet their son, Harrison.  They were down from Scotland visiting Jane’s Mum and wanted a few pictures of all of them. It was a beautiful morning and the garden proved to be a good spot for their pictures where we could have some control over the light but allow Harrison to be relaxed.

    Over the years we have made many friends from clients whose Weddings we have photographed. We have known Tina and Stuart from 2004 when we photographed their Wedding at Layer Marney Tower  and have photographed them at various times since. Stuart’s Mum and Dad wanted to update their family picture which we took a few years back and create a new selection of portraits of the individual parts of the family. One request was to use the same background so the pictures would look like an updated version of the original – happy to oblige!

    We had a lovely morning seeing Alison, Nathan and Elodie again recently.  The last time we saw them was in September last year, when we photographed Elodie for the first time.  What a difference a few months makes!  With Elodie on the move, we had to be quick, but great results and good fun!

    It was lovely to see Janet and Mick and their family earlier this year for some family portraits.  Janet contacted us to arrange a time when all the family were together as they wanted a selection of pictures taken.  A nice afternoon with pleasing results.
