Wedding Photography at Crondon Park for Dawn & Cam’s summer wedding

    Wedding Preparations

Before we arrived at Crondon Park, our first port of call was at the home of Dawn and Cam. This was where Dawn was getting ready for her Wedding with her Bridesmaids and friends. Preparations were going very well. All the girls were relaxed, enjoying themselves and in the middle of very many preparations. Plenty of details and accessories to photograph so we got on with taking those pictures.

Once the girls had their hair and make up nearly finished we took a couple of pictures of them in their Dressing Gowns. The Bridesmaids then went upstairs to get their dresses on and Dawn followed a bit later.

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining and we had a nice garden to take the photographs in when everyone was ready. Dawn had some pictures taken of her as well as a few with her Bridesmaids. The car had arrived just after we had finished taking the pictures so just before we took the a couple of car photos too.

    Crondon Park

Arriving at Crondon Park we met up with Cam who was with his Sons and got on with their pictures.

As the Guests started to arrive we took some informal pictures. Dawn and her Bridesmaids soon arrived at Crondon Park where they went into the Bridal Suite in the Cottage away from everyone. Dawn’s Father was waiting for her there and we had some time to take a few pictures with the two of them. Meanwhile the Guests were making their way through to the Ceremony Room to take their seats. When it was time Dawn and the Bridesmaids walked over to the Barn and through the Baronial Hall to the Ceremony Room. The Bridesmaids entered the room, followed by Dawn who took her Father’s arm as they came into the room.

    After The Ceremony

After the Ceremony everyone went outside for the Reception Drinks. Dawn and Cam talked to their Guests for a little while. The requested family pictures were taken in the grounds as well as the ‘everybody’ shot and confetti pictures.

    Wedding Photography at Crondon Park

During the afternoon there was time for Dawn and Cam to socialise before we took them for a few pictures over by the lake. It was so sunny! Moving around we took a few more ‘together’ pictures before returning to their Guests.

    The Speeches

The Wedding Breakfast was in the Baronial Hall and afterwards it was time for the Speeches.

Once these were completed and to allow the room to be set up for the evening celebrations everyone stepped outside. The Evening Guests joined them. Capturing informal pictures individual and of small groups took place for a little while. Before long the Room was ready and Guests followed Dawn and Cam inside. Dawn and Cam cut their Wedding Cake before taking to the dance floor for their First Dance.

    The First Dance and Sunset

There was a sunset after a glorious day so that was an opportunity not to be missed. That worked well because after that Dawn and Cam disappeared for a very short time so that Dawn could change out of her Wedding Dress into another dress! Dawn and Cam are excellent dancers! As a surprise to the Wedding Guests Dawn and Cam then took to the dance floor again for a choreographed dance. It was superb!

Mulberry House Wedding Photography for Lauren & Bodj (aka Jordan)

David and I were really looking forward to the Mulberry House Wedding Photography for  Lauren & Bodj’s Wedding. We have known Bodj for many years as he is a very good friend of our son’s. We have known Lauren for a while as well!

We arrived at  Mulberry House as it started raining. The weather forecast for the day was not brilliant but as usual we had our plans ready! Mulberry House Wedding PhotographerLauren was getting ready in the House with all the girls, so off we went off to see them. They were all relaxed, enjoying the preparations. We captured the details, preparations, fun and laughter.

We photographed Lauren’s Wedding Dress and shoes in the bedroom next door as  there was more space. We knew that we would be using this room at other times also!

    The Groomsmen

David was waiting for Bodj and his Groomsmen to arrive and when they were ready took their pictures. It was raining but not hard enough to stop David from being outside. The men stayed in the porch and on the steps, just in the dry! Pictures finished, Bodj and his Groomsmen went inside greet the Guests.

The girls were now ready for their pictures so we got on with those and had time to take some lovely Bridal portraits of the beautiful Lauren!Wedding Photographer Mulberry House Ongar

Once the Wedding Guests made their way over to the Ceremony Room and took their seats, Lauren came downstairs where her Dad was waiting. A proud Father moment!

Wedding Photography Town Hall Braintree for Jenny & Sam

Jenny & Sam booked us for their Wedding Photography Town Hall Braintree.

When we arrived at the Town Hall we met with Sam  who had just arrived with his Best Man, Alex. We made the most of the peaceful time taking a few pictures of them.

Sam was a bit worried as the Guests were not arriving as early as he expected! As is often the case they had arrived but as  they waited outside for more of them to arrive and then make their entrance! Sam then mingled in the Foyer for a little while.

It wasn’t long before Jenny arrived out at the back of the Town Hall escorted by her Dad.Braintree Town Hall Wedding Photographer They were showed into a room out of sight of everyone else. Pre-Wedding Pictures – Lauren & Bodj

Lauren and Bodj came for their Pre-Wedding Pictures and to go over the final details of their Wedding at Mulberry House,Ongar, in the early Autumn.

Usually we go over the details of the Wedding before going to take a couple of pre-wedding pictures but this evening as the sun was setting the sky was changing colour wonderfully! A change of plans! Quickly we got in the car and within a short while we were photographing Lauren and Bodj in the lanes in a nice evening light ending with a superb sunset. Some nice results for a loveley couple.
