    Newborn Baby Photography -Deborah and Nick contacted us last year after the birth of their daughter Jessica.

    A few pictures of Jessica and the rest of the family was requested. This family are not new to us. We photographed their son, Edward, in 2016 and before that their wedding at Crabbs Barn.

    We went to their home for the pictures, spent an enjoyable time with them all, ending up with some lovely pictures.

    They were more than happy with the results and we have in the last few weeks seen them again, this time with their extended family for some family pictures.

    It was lovely to see Alison and Nathan again a few months ago for some new family pictures.

    Every now and then we go to see them to update their family pictures which we love doing. Elodie, who is nearly 4, had some pictures taken of her on her own while her brother Rupert was asleep. Elodie enjoyed showing what she can now do and showing us her favourite things. During this time Rupert, who is just one year old. woke up and gradually joined in. Getting the two of them together was tricky but we got there in the end! A lovely afternoon and nice to catch up with a nice family.

    Linda got in touch with us late last year as she wanted some pictures taken of her family so they could be put on their Christmas Cards. Not a problem and after arranging a suitable time and place to meet that’s what we did. For their Christmas Card pictures they put on their Christmas Jumpers. Once these particular pictures were taken Linda wanted a few other family pictures taken which we happily took. A fun time and some nice results.

    It was lovely to see Katie and Howard again for a Family picture session. The last time was when their daughter, Amelie , was only a few days old. This time Katie and Howard together with members of the family wanted a four generation picture together as well as a few other pictures including just the children.

    It was lovely to hear from Donna and Sam again last year asking us if we could take some Home Family Photos for them. Donna and Sam were married in 2015 at Hintlesham Hall, Suffolk. Now they have a son, called Arthur. We went to their home to take the pictures. Arthur was good and loved having his pictures taken a.k.a. playing!!. He did keep us working hard though, as he liked to be on the move. Despite that we took some lovely family pictures and of Arthur alone. He  did stay still at some moments! We provided a mixture of colour, and black & white, our favourites are the B&W ones.

    Essex Family Pictures for Claire & Tim

    Essex Family Pictures for Claire & Tim – As always a pleasure to spend the morning with Claire, Tim and their family. Every so often we update their family pictures for them. Our last visit was earlier last year a couple of weeks after their second son, Henry was born. Later on last year we went to see them again together with Tim’s side of the family. Timing was just right at our latest visit as Henry was on the verge of crawling. Moving around but not getting away! Claire and Tim wanted a selection of pictures of the boys on their own as well as some together. Enjoying our time spent with all of them we ended up with some nice pictures.     It was nice to see Natalie and Craig again this time for Family Photography. They were married at Fennes in 2016 and now they have a son called Finley.  We got together with them and members of Natalie’s family for some family pictures at Natalie’s Parents’ house. Natalie and Craig wanted a selection of different group pictures including pictures with the little ones. It all worked well and we had an enjoyable time taking them.

    Family Pictures

    It was lovely to see Victoria and Lee again in the Summer this time for Family Pictures. We had seen them in December last year to take some pictures of their son, Hudson. This time we met them also with family members for some pictures.  Victoria had purchased a Gift Voucher from us for her Mum’s Birthday and have some pictures taken when they were all together. The day chosen happened to be on one of the hottest days in the summer! When we arrived at Mum’s house the back garden was in sun so we used the grounds outside the house to start the pictures. During the afternoon we did move back into the garden for the remainder of the pictures.

    It was lovely afternoon and we ended up with a variety of pictures. It was nice to meet up again with the family. The last time we saw many of them was at Victoria and Lee’s Wedding at Crabbs Barn in June 2015.     Family Portraits Chelmsford

    It was nice when Louise and Stephen got in touch with us a few months ago asking about some Family Portraits Chelmsford. They wanted some pictures taken then they could choose one as a present for Stephen’s Mum’s special Birthday. Ideally of the four grandchildren. When we photographed Louise and Stephen’s Wedding in 2014 at Crabbs Barn,they already had their daughter Emily. Now they also have have a son called Oliver. Stephen’s sister joined us on the arranged weekend morning at Louise and Stephen’s home with her two daughters.  It was pretty lively with a two year old, we had fun, and they ended up with a variety of pictures to choose from. We often hear ‘we have nowhere to take pictures’, a small space is just fine.

    New Baby Family Portraits

    Catherine and Jamie wanted some New Baby Family Portraits recently. We were Catherine and Jamie’s Wedding Photographers for their Winter Wedding at  The Old Rectory Brentwood, Essex in 2015. They now have a son called Stanley and when we took the pictures he was six months old. He had just had a sleep and was having fun and enjoying the attention. It was also the right time to take the pictures as Stanley was just on the verge of crawling.  We had a fun time and ended up with some lovely images. Looking forward to the next time!
