Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon for Victoria & Antony

Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn – Crabbs Barn was the chosen Venue for Victoria and Antony’s Wedding. With the amount of rain we had in the morning we were so pleased it had all disappeared before we arrived at Crabbs Barn later on in the day. At the Bridal Suite preparations were going well. The Bridesmaids, Flowergirl and Pageboys stepped outside the room for a moment so we could photograph Vickies dress which they were not allowed to see until it was on! Afterwards they finished getting ready and when Vicky was ready we captured some lovely moments when they saw her dressed.

Whilst this was going on Antony, his Best Man and Ushers were having their pictures taken by David before they resumed their duties. Stepping outside of the Bridal Suite we took a few pictures of Vicky, her Parents and Bridesmaids. It was soon time for Vicky to make the short walk into the Barn for the Civil Ceremony. Following the Ceremony Vicky and Antony led their Guests outside for the Drinks Reception. During the afternoon, there was time for Vicky and Antony to enjoy talking to their Guests as well as having the requested photographs taken. After a few pictures of the two of them around the grounds of Crabbs Barn it was time for the Wedding Breakfast. Following the Speeches the Guests went to The Garden Room for coffee whilst the Barn was prepared for the evening celebrations. When most of Vicky and Antony’s evening Guests had arrived the happy couple then took to the dance floor for their First Dance. Before we left a little while later we took a couple of nightime pictures of Vicky and Antony which completed a wonderful day.

Wedding Photography Testimonial – Crabbs Barn

Wedding Photography Crabbs Barn for Deborah & Nick

The popular Wedding Venue, Crabbs Barn was the chosen venue where Deborah and Nick held their Wedding Reception. Our day started at Deborah’s Parents’ home for some pictures, inside the house as well as outside. Deborah’s Parents had a lovely garden and as the weather was good we took advantage.Shortly afterwards we left to go to St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Black Notley. Nick was there with his Groomsmen, so when they were ready we took a few pictures of them in the Church grounds. Deborah arrived not long after and the church service began. A few family group pictures were taken afterwards before the Guests lined the path for the confetti shots before it was time to leave. Crabbs Barn looked wonderful as always and the guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception outside in the sunshine. After a while we took Deborah and Nick for a quick walk around the grounds for their pictures.Deborah and Nick had arranged a surprise air display, so we had to have perfect timing to finish the ‘everybody’ shot just as the plane arrived! What a superb air display!Guests were then invited to be seated for the speeches followed by the Wedding Breakfast. Whilst the Band were setting up for the evening entertainment we managed to take Deborah and Nick for a few minutes for a few evening pictures. Their Evening Guests arrived followed by the cutting of the cake and the First Dance. A night shot outside Crabbs Barn finished our coverage of Deborah and Nick’s special day.

Wedding Photography for Rebecca & Gavin – Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon

On arrival at Five Lakes Hotel we were unsure of what the weather would produce for Rebecca and Gavin’s Wedding, although bright and breezy, showers were forecast, we would just have to wait and see! On arrival at Five Lakes where Rebecca was having her make-up done by the superb Emma Quin! With lots going on and with Rebecca having her make-up done by the superb Emma Quin, we captured some nice images before Rebecca and her Bridesmaids were ready for a few portraits. We then made our way to Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon, which was looking fantastic with blossom on the trees, wonderful colours around, and sunshine! The men were looking their best and after photographing them and a few Guest arrivals, Rebecca arrived for the Civil Ceremony. Rebecca looked wondeful in her Wedding Dress which was supplied by Nell ‘Amore and after seeing the Registrars the Civil Ceremony began. After the Ceremony, Rebecca and Gavin led their Guests to the Drinks Reception outside and had some social time with them. We took some family group pictures and some fun bridal photographs during the afternoon. With the Guests enjoying themselves we took Rebecca and Gavin around the gardens for a short time for their together pictures. With time going extremely quickly, as with all Weddings, it was time for the Speeches before the Wedding Breakfast. Afterwards, Rebecca and Gavin wanted a few pictures in the early evening low sun light, which we were happy to do! As the Evening Guests had arrived Rebecca tossed her bouquet before taking to the dance floor for the First Dance. To round off a splendid day a fantastic sunset!

Wedding Photography for Laura & Ashley – Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon

Laura and Ashley chose the popular and friendly Venue, Crabbs Barn, for their Wedding. Laura made her final preparations in the Bridal Suite with her Bridesmaids and the Pageboys. It was lively and happy with lots going on but everything getting done. Meanwhile, Ashley, Best Man and Ushers were having a few pictures taken by David as the Guests arrived. Once the Girls were ready some photographs were taken altogether before walking the short distance to the entrance of the Barn. Having fun on the way to the Ceremony will be remembered by me for some time! Following the Civil Ceremony, Laura and Ashley led their Guests outside for an everybody picture and a few other requested photographs. Laura and Ashley wanted a relaxed, fun Wedding and that is exactly how the day went, with their children, Blake and Freddie, with the other children and Guests enjoying themselves around the superb grounds in the wonderful weather. Laura and Ashley were keen to have some portraits of themselves around Crabbs Barn, so we were able to leave the Guests enjoying themselves and go for a short stroll. Speeches followed the Wedding Breakfast and the evening celebrations began. After a few pictures of evening Guests and First Dance pictures it was time for us to leave.

Wedding Photography for Laura & Shane – Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon, Essex

Laura was getting ready for her Wedding at the Middiford Barn, Great Wigborough, which is where our coverage of Laura and Shane’s Wedding started. It was a dry, pleasant day but very windy so we took a few pictures of Laura inside the Barn rather than outside. After a little while we left to go to Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon, and once there took a few pictures of Shane before Laura arrived. Following the Civil Ceremony everybody socialised outside during the Drinks Reception. Some requested family group pictures were taken in between capturing the atmosphere and informal pictures. Just before the Wedding Breakfast, Laura, we spent a few minutes around Crabbs Barn creating some pictures of Laura and Shane. The early evening sun after the Wedding Breakfast and Speeches gave us a wonderful opportunity for a few more photographs of the happy couple before their evening Guests arrived. Once it was dark Laura and Shane released a few illuminated balloons before their First Dance .

Wedding Photography for Vanessa & Geoff – Crabbs Barn, Kelvedon

It was a pleasure to be able to photograph Vanessa and Geoff ‘s Wedding Day. Our day started at The Marks Tey Hotel where both Vanessa and Geoff were getting ready. David went to take some pictures with the Boys with the Vintage American Car, whilst I went off to the Girls. Vanessa and Geoff’s two children, Keira and Lauren, who were the Flowergirls, were enjoying getting dressed into their posh dresses, together withVanessa and the rest of the party who were getting themselves ready as well. After a few pictures at the Hotel we left to get to Crabbs Barn, just after Geoff’s departure , making sure we were at Crabbs Barn with time to spare before the arrival of Vanessa. Following the Civil Ceremony, everybody enjoyed the Drinks Reception in the warm sunshine, in between some group photographs. We took Vanessa and Geoff for a short while for a pictures of them together around the lovely grounds of Crabbs Barn. Following the Wedding Breakfast and coverage of the Speeches and with it being such a lovely evening, Vanessa and Geoff wanted a few more pictures. The Cornfield down the road was where we wanted to take a few images, a quick trip in our car was needed! It was well worth the effort! Sunset pictures together with evening Guest pictures and coverage of the First Dance ended our day.
