It is always nice to be asked back to cover an annual event, this time for the Ernest Doe & Sons Show 2013. This is an Agriculture and Construction equipment trade show held at the Doe headquarters in Ulting, Essex. The pictures are used for the Company paper, Doe News and various PR uses.

Family Pictures
It was nice to meet the ‘Beach’ family again, it was ten years ago we last saw them when they were married at Layer Marney Tower. They now live in New Zealand but were over here for a little while earlier this year to see family and friends. We arranged to meet them one morning, with cousins as well!

Testimonial
Sarah has kindly placed this testimonial on LinkedIn:-
“My husband and I hired David to photograph our wedding in April 2012 and we were absolutely thrilled with the results. David and his wife were professional throughout the day, making our guests laugh and were encouraging rather than pushy when it came to getting everyone involved in our photos.
David produced a beautiful storybook for us of our special day and everyone that has seen it has commented on how exquisite the photos were and how creative David was in so many of the photos.
I cannot say enough good things about David, I would recommend him to anyone who wants beautiful photos at affordable prices.”
Sarah & Colin were married in April 2012 at St Mary’s Church, Bocking with a Reception at The Fennes

Wedding Photography for Jane & Paul – All Saints' Church, Springfield & Little Channels, Little Waltham
We were pleased to be asked by Jane and Paul to photograph their Wedding, just before Christmas. Jane and Paul wanted coverage of their Wedding from the Church to the Wedding Breakfast, which we were very happy to provide. On arrival at All Saints’ Church, Springfield, Paul and his Groomsmen were greeting some Guests so in between this we took a few pictures of them. Jane’s Bridesmaids arrived shortly afterwards, followed by Jane and her Dad. Following the Church service, although chilly outside, it was dry enough to take family group pictures and a couple of confetti shots before leaving to go to Little Channels, Little Waltham.
With Jane and Paul’s Guests enjoying the Drinks Reception we took a few photographs of the two of them as well as a few smaller requested group photographs by the christmas tree.

No pressure – Professional Wedding Photographers!
When you book our services you will not be pressurised into booking other wedding services for our profit. We earn our living photographing weddings. If you ask for our recommendations we will gladly give them because that supplier or service is known to us as reliable, responsible etc, not for a payment!
Similarly, when a Venue recommends us it is because we do a good job and work well with the other suppliers, not because we pay a commission! We do know of a few Venues who are very insistant that you use specific suppliers, I wonder why?
Should you visit our studio to view our work, there will be no pressure to book. Our clients book because they want us to to a job, not because we pressurised them!

Wedding Photography for Nicole & Stephen at Gosfield Hall
On arrival at Gosfield Hall, after saying ‘hello’ and a few words with Nicole and the girls in the Rococco Suite, David went off to find the men as they were getting ready in another suite. I stayed with the girls as there was lots to capture before Nicole got dressed. Meanwhile David was taking some pictures of Stephen and his Groomsmen in the Library once they were ready as it was unfortunately raining. We took some lovely pictures of Nicole, her Bridesmaids and Flowergirl Daisy, before it was time for the Civil Ceremony in the Queen’s Gallery. After the Ceremony, Nicole and Stephen made their way downstairs to the Library for the Drinks Reception.
Later some family group pictures were taken in the Grand Salon. Gosfield Hall provides wonderful opportunities inside for photographs and as we could not go outside we made full use of the rooms, staircases and corridors for pictures of Nicole and Stephen.
Following the Wedding Breakfast, it was time for the Speeches. Before the Evening Reception, Nicole and Stephen wanted a few photographs in the Bridal Suite, which we took. Once their Evening Guests arrived the cake cutting was followed by the First Dance and shortly afterwards the Guests were treated to a Firework Display.
