Layer Marney Tower in Essex is a stunning venue for a wedding, Lucy & Alistaire picked a day with fabulous weather to go with it. Our usual mixture of very informal reportage style pictures together with some traditional classic wedding shots will provide a varied selection for them to choose from.

On Friday we were again privileged to work at the lovely Gaynes Park, Epping, Essex for the wedding of Carly and Lee. We produced some great relaxed photographs for the happy couple and look forward to showing them upon their return. Their 10 Bridesmaids were fantastic fun.

We are photographing the wedding of Wendy & Wayne later this year at Colchester Town Hall. I met them last night for their engagement pictures at Castle Park, Colchester, where we had an pleasant walk and created some great images for them. We then retired to The George Hotel to finalise the details of their day – what a nice way to do business!

This Saturday was our first visit this year to the beautiful Layer Marney Tower for the wedding of Kelly & James. The weatherman was thankfully wrong with the predictions for rain and extreme cold, we even managed some late afternoon sun!
The happy couple have some fantastic pictures for their memories. We are looking forward to showing them.

Our first visit of the year to Gaynes Park, Epping, Essex. The weather just about allowed us to get the family groups done in the gardens while the drinks reception took place in the magnificent Orangery. The covered barn area allowed Emma & Brad to have some great pictures outdoors but sheltered from the wind and rain. They have some great pictures to look forward to when they return from Honeymoon!

The weather was a little kinder to us yesterday for the wedding of Tamsyn & Lee at St. Mary’s Church, Bocking, Essex and the reception at the lovely Fennes Estate. Although most of the pictures were taken indoors due to the cold Tamsyn was determined to have some shots outside and we were happy to oblige.
The car was supplied by Nixons of Cressing and the flowers by W. Flowers

It always makes us happy to hear that our clients are happy!!

One of the really nice things about being an Essex Wedding photographer is the opportunity to meet again with our past Brides & Grooms when they start a family. We were the wedding photographers for the wedding of Jenny and Stuart when they married at Five Lakes Hotel Eeesx and it was a great delight to capture some baby photographs of Lois in her own home.

What a day! Sun, cloud, rain, snow and an Arctic wind did not do much to help us. The wedding was at the beautiful Stowmarket Registry Office in Suffolk and then onto Waldringfield Golf Club. Karen & Jimmy had sensibly picked a location with some indoors space for taking the pictures indoors which is essential at this time of year.
