Another trip into Suffolk, this time to photograph the wedding of Sharon and Greg at Wetherden Church, Suffolk. Unfortunately the summer weather was not very co-operative with some heavy rain. This did not seem to dampen Sharon & Greg’s spirits as they enjoyed their day. The Reception was our first visit to Haughley Park Barn which is very friendly and welcoming and with so many locations for beautiful wedding photography.
Back to the stunning Layer Marney Tower near Colchester, Essex to photograph the wedding of Nicola & James. We know this wedding venue as well as anywhere, but we are always looking for something different as well as the classic shots with the tower.
Kelly & Steve are a fun couple which they made really evident by booking a Rossi ice cream van for their guests (so we joined in – wedding photography can be really tough sometimes!!). Crabbs Barn is located just off the A12 at Kelvedon in the centre of Essex and is wasa great venue for Kelly & Steve. For us the sunset shots finished the job off perfectly!
Hannah and Dean’s wedding was a classical English summer wedding at the delightful parish church in Easton, Suffolk and then onto a marquee reception in Hannah’s parents’ house. We captured some realy nice relaxed reportage type photographs together with a few family groups and some relaxed Bride and Groom portraits.
Victoria and James really could not have picked a better day. The wedding was at St Michael’s Galleywood, Essex with a relaxed reception at The Reid Rooms, Margaret Roding Essex. The nice challenge for us was to create the same atmosphere and style but with different pictures to Victoria’s sister, whose wedding we photographed earlier this year at Spains Hall, Essex
Ahhh the British Summer!! – rained so much today that we could not get from the car to the Bride’s house! Eleanor and Gary’s day did get better though, by the time Eleanor arrived at Crabbs Barn the rain had stopped and the pictures were all taken in the lovely grounds outside the barn. Of course, Gary was not really happy until it rained in the evening and he could make use of his new Spurs brolly!
Sue & David held a relaxed wedding day at Seckford Hall in Suffolk, with their beautiful daughters Poppy & Maisie. On such a hot & humid day we (and the guests!) were really pleased to be doing a minimum of formal family groups. This was another wedding where Sandra’s children skills enabled her to gain their co-operation
More wedding photography in the heart of Essex! Sarah & Lee experienced a lovely warm sunny day at Layer Marney Tower, Colchester, Essex. We took pictures of them and their guests enjoying the day together with some family groups in front of the tower. There are some great photographs of the happy couple in the Essex barn and by the lake.

Another pleasant day photographing a wedding in the Essex countryside. Leslie & Iain were married at Parklands, Quendon, Essex. They enjoyed a relaxed day with their friends & family. Our photography comprised a mixture of reportage photographs together with a couple of traditional family groups and some informal photographs of the Bride & Groom alone and with their children.
