Thank you to everyone who attended Prested Hall on Sunday for making it such an enjoyable day.  An added thank you to the couples who booked us on the day and the ones that made appointments to come and see us to discuss their wedding plans further.

During one of our recent weddings one of the venue staff members commented to us “How nice to see photographers properly dressed for a wedding and not scruffy or wearing jeans” !! There is obviously a new breed of photographers with no respect for their clients and their day, undoubtedly claiming that being smart stiffles their creativity or some such nonsense!  We wear suits to weddings and try to be part of the day.

David and I are looking forward to attending and displaying our Wedding Photography at Prested Hall, Feering on Sunday.  We have just taken delivery of two new sample albums, one of Layer Marney Tower, which is a Storybook, and the other of Down Hall, Hatfield Heath, Hertfordshire, which is a classic Queensberry.  We are absolutely delighted with these and we will be showing these as well as other albums on Sunday.  We are looking  forward to meeting prospective new wedding clients as well as existing ones at this popular venue.

 As we were only having a small wedding, it was really important to us to have a relaxed feel and you both made us feel so at ease. You really fitted in with our day and worked really hard to ensure that we had a complete range of pictures showing all the different stages of the day.

 We have been really impressed with your services throughout and all our friends and family have commented on the quality of our pictures and the package – from the proof book through to the DVD through to the album itself.

 We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else.

Just found a picture on my pocket camera from the Heart FM wedding show in February which I have just sent to Irie J to use if he wishes. If you wish a great singer covering soul and smooth classics for your wedding or party Irie J is THE man. I love to hear him!

We had the pleasure of being the Essex Wedding Photographers for the Wedding of Marian & John on a dry and bright day at The Reid Rooms, Margaret Roding.  Marian prepared for her Wedding at the elegant Farmhouse, which is located on the same site, and where we captured some lovely photographs.  As well as photographing some formal groups we enjoyed capturing relaxed and informal groupings and moments.  May we take this opportunity of thanking Marion & John for a lovely day and also our thanks and recommendation go to Chicks, www.chickscatering.co.uk for their superb food and service.

Our day started with photographing Ajeet, his Best Man and Ushers in the lovely grounds of Layer Marney Tower, Nr Colchester, Essex.  When Charlotte arrived we were able to take some images of her with the Bridesmaids before the Wedding Ceremony began.  After the Ceremony Charlotte & Ajeet were taken for a drive by Graham, the Chauffeur, and upon their return enjoyed some social time with their Wedding guests.  Layer Marney Tower provides a wonderful setting for a Wedding and with the weather being kind to us, we achieved some beautiful photographs, which we are sure Charlotte & Ajeet will be happy with.

Although our son has now finished with youth football it is still a pleasure to be invited to photograph for Valley Green YFC and others as a presentation for their sponsors.

Children are often more comfortable in familiar surrounding which is how we prefer to photograph them! Using just window light is a skill not practiced by many new photographers but is a something we love to use.
