Wedding Testimonial
It is always a pleasure to receive a ‘Thank You’ and we were overjoyed to receive this from Claire and Tim, who were married at The Fennes Estate in April 2011:-
Dear David and Sandra
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for all your help in producing a stunning wedding album. I am so happy with how it turned out, you have captured our big day perfectly – I could not fault a single thing, (and I am very renowned for being ‘fussy!!)
I will never tire of showing our album off to family and friends and I will treasure it forever.
Throughout the whole process you were very patient with me and made everything very easy, the draft album plan was particularly helpful and clever.
On the day itself you managed to capture so many amazing shots, without Tim and I, or our guests, having to spend very long at all posing for photographs, which was perfect.
Thank you!
Love Claire ( & Tim)
Here is a plan of their album:-

Commissions (again)
We recently photographed a wedding for some friends who told us afterwards that the feeling they got from the Venue was that they were being pushed towards various suppliers probably for a ‘commission’ payment.
Please note that while we are aware that SOME venues ask for a commission, WE DO NOT PAY COMMISSION to any of the numerous venues that recommend us. We are recommended because of the job we do, respect for venue, staff, timing….and oh yes we take some decent pictures!!

Prested Hall Wedding Photography – Lucy and Nathan
Prested Hall Wedding Photography
Lucy and Nathan were married at Prested Hall, Feering on a chilly but dry day in December. Lucy’s final preparations were calmly taking place upstairs in Prested Hall while the Guests started to arrive for the Wedding. Nathan, his Best Man and Ushers greeted the Guests before we took them for a few photographs around Prested Hall. After capturing a few pictures of Lucy, she entered the Oak Room for the Wedding Ceremony. Lucy and Nathan were congratulated by their Guests during the Drinks Reception as we took some informal pictures. Preparing everybody for the Group Photograph outside, resulted in a lovely picture taken before people got cold. A few family pictures were taken inside but Lucy and Nathan braved the cold for some beautiful pictures outside in the Gazebo and on the bridge. It was well worth it!

Wedding Photography for Lisa & Mark at Fennes
Lisa and Mark chose the lovely Fennes Estate, Bocking, for their Civil Ceremony and Reception. The girls were busy with their final preparations in the house whilst Mark had arrived with his Best Man and Ushers, unfortunately, not bringing the Wedding Rings with them! Not to worry, plans were soon in place to get them, however the Registrars needed to leave on time for another Wedding! Lisa, after being told of this, was amazingly chilled! The rings arrived moments before the Ceremony so everything turned out fine and we captured some lovely pictures. After the Ceremony we took a few family pictures before taking Lisa and Mark onto the bridge. It was a dry day but a little bit damp underfoot so Lisa and Mark stood mostly on the bridge, rather than around the grounds. Following the Wedding Breakfast we took a few pictures of Lisa and Mark in the Gold Room before a night shot, ending with First Dance pictures.

'Witham in Bloom' Awards
We were pleased to be invited to be the official Photographers for the ‘Witham In Bloom’ Awards, held at the Maltings Academy, in November. Local schools had achieved superb results and were duly highlighted. Our local MP, Pritti Patel, and Witham’s Mayor, Councillor John Goodman, together with Annie Northfield rewarded their achievements with medals and trophies. Pictures are displayed at Witham Public Library.
