    Family Pictures

    It was lovely to see Victoria and Lee again in the Summer this time for Family Pictures. We had seen them in December last year to take some pictures of their son, Hudson. This time we met them also with family members for some pictures.  Victoria had purchased a Gift Voucher from us for her Mum’s Birthday and have some pictures taken when they were all together. The day chosen happened to be on one of the hottest days in the summer! When we arrived at Mum’s house the back garden was in sun so we used the grounds outside the house to start the pictures. During the afternoon we did move back into the garden for the remainder of the pictures.

    It was lovely afternoon and we ended up with a variety of pictures. It was nice to meet up again with the family. The last time we saw many of them was at Victoria and Lee’s Wedding at Crabbs Barn in June 2015.     Relaxed Family Photos

    Relaxed Family Photos with Vicki, Sean, Owen and Phoebe are always great and lively! Deciding the best way to do this was to to go for a walk near to where they live in the centre of Essex. The walk in the park and woods worked well. This also involved catching up with them as we have photographed them several times previously as a family and for their wedding. Chatting, relaxing all helps  make the natural pictures even better!  We do have great fun doing these pictures!  Looking forward to our next meeting for some more fun.Relaxed Family Photos Essex Environmental Portrait Photographer

    Colchester Children Portraits

    Rowhedge, Colchester children’s portraits was our next lovely job. We met with Alexandra, her Father and Grandma one morning  in Rowhedge to take some portraits of Alexandra. As we all know children grow up so fast and at times it is nice to have something to remember them by. These pictures of Alexandra were not taken to mark a special occasion, just an opportunity to record what she is like now. We went for a walk along by the River, although it was a rather breezy morning! That didn’t matter though, we just found places out of the breeze. Alexandra was a star, a lovely girl and a pleasure to photograph.

    At the end of last year we had a call from Louise enquiring about some family pictures. Louise had been recommended to us by her friend Sarah whose Wedding we photographed at Prested Hall in 2011  and have taken her family pictures in the last few years. We went to the family home one morning and after chatting and getting to know Louise, Paul, Isobel and Jack, we got on with taking some pictures.  It all turned out well and we ended up with some nice Essex Family Pictures.

    Environmental Family Portraits Epping Forest

    We love Family Portraits especially Environmental Family Portraits Epping Forest! It was lovely for us when Judith and Cameron got in touch with us in December last year to arrange getting together for family pictures. Judith and Cameron were married at Fennes in 2012 and we have seen them since at their friend’s Wedding. Now Judith and Cameron have a son, Robert who is one year old. They wanted to have a few pictures taken of them as a family as well as some pictures of Robert. We met them at their home and took a couple of pictures of Robert before we went out. Epping Forest was close by and we knew it would work well. It was a dry day and the mist was lifting, giving a nice look to the pictures. We all had a fun time and we achieved some great results.

    Outdoor family photos

    In the Autumn last year we photographed Chloe, Simon and Jayden. They had purchased a gift voucher from us and now wanted some outdoor family photos. Chloe and Simon wanted some pictures of  Jayden on his own as it was his Birthday.  We located a suitable wooded area not far from where they live in Braintree so we went there to take the pictures. What a good choice!  It was early morning, no-one around, a dry day and leaves galore!  A lovely family and some nice pictures.

    Outdoor Family Portrait Session

    Amongst our very busy summer weddings last year we saw the ‘Hopper’ family once again for an Outdoor Family Portrait Session. Over the years we have photographed the girls’ Weddings, taken family pictures at home as well as out and about, always having an enjoyable time and ending up with fantastic results! This time was no exception! For Mum’s Birthday the family had bought her a Voucher from us for a family shoot.  Being rather a lot of them now, the decision was made to go to the local woods! Fine by us, we just needed the weather!  It couldn’t have been better! With a varying age range this proved to be a good choice. Natural props and just being outside worked well. We were very pleased with the results and so were they!

    ‘Happy New Year’ to all our past and present clients.  We have had a most successful year both in Weddings, Portraits and commercial and look forward to this continuing into 2017.

    Last year Vicki and Sean wanted some Environmental Childrens Portraits in the woods with bluebells and their children, Owen and Phoebe. Unfortunately the Bluebells were over by the time when they wanted to go!  This year would be different! Pod’s Wood was the place and we had fingers crossed for the weather!  We couldn’t believe how fortunate we were on the day, it was dry, warm and sunny! The only blip was Sean could not make it but we went ahead anyway. Last time we saw Phoebe, she was crawling, now walking!  Owen was quite happy showing his sister what to do! What an enjoyable time we had with a wonderful family, great pictures! Already looking forward to seeing them again soon.

    Child Portraits Essex

    Children’s Portraits – It was lovely to see Nina, Jon and Lukas again recently and meet Sebastian, the new addition to the family. Nina and Jon wanted some pictures of Sebastian and update their pictures of Lukas. When we arrived Sebastian was asleep so after catching up with all the news we got on with taking some pictures of Lukas. It wasn’t long before Sebastian woke up and whilst both boys were happy we captured some nice images of them together. Taking the opportunity we took a few family pictures as well.  A nice time with a lovely family!
