    Family Pictures Essex

    It was nice to be asked by Sarah and Russell to again update their family pictures. Previously we had taken pictures of their son, Beau and a couple of family pictures. Now they wanted some pictures of their new daughter, Fleur as well as some of them altogether.  Beau liked being the big brother, helping us out and keeping Fleur amused. Lovely to see this family again and we look forward to seeing them later this year. We were wedding photographers for Sarah and Russell at Crabbs Barn a few years back.Children and babies are always fun to capture. Whilst it is great to work with new clients, it is fantastic to see our former wedding couples again and how they are moving on in life – we feel part of their life story!

    Katie and Howard were married at Vaulty Manor in 2014, and got in touch with us during last year to say  they would becoming a family in December.  A few days after Amelie was born we visited them to take some pictures.  Amelie was as good as gold and we were pleased to achieve a few lovely pictures of her together with a couple of pictures of the three of them. We have a love of baby portraits in monochrome, which seem to be timeless although of course we do also work in colour! Always a pleasure to see our wedding couples again.

    Newborn Family Portraits

    Rebecca and James were married at Layer Marney Tower in 2014,  so it was nice to see them again in December last year.  They wanted us to photograph their baby daughter, Chloe, who was only a few days old. Taking a variety of pictures including some family pictures they ended up with some nice memories of those early days with a newborn. As usual for Newborn Family Portraits we visited the family in their own home, which makes life so much easier for the parents. As is obvious from the pictures we don’t need very much room for these.

    New Born Baby Portraits

    Emma and David were married at Gosfield Hall in 2014, so we were delighted that Emma and David got in touch with us back in December last year. They wanted us to make New Born Baby Portraits their son Luca and take a couple of family pictures at the same time. After finding a convenient time for them and us we arranged to go to their home.  Having time to wait until Luca had a feed and was happier to have some pictures taken was fine by us. We had a nice time and ended up with some nice results.

    It was lovely to see Vicki and Sean again, together with their children Owen and Phoebe. We photographed Vicki and Sean’s Wedding at Crabbs Barn in June 2011 and subsequently photographed Owen several times and this was the second time we took Phoebe’s portrait! It is great to keep in contact with previous clients and become friends which Vicki and Sean truly are! The day when we took the latest pictures happened to be Owen’s Birthday, so excitement was rife! What fun we had and what great results! Child portraits are always challenging and usually fun.

    Babies first Portraits

    Nicola and Aaron contacted us recently about taking their Babies first Portraits.  We were more than happy to go and see them at their home to take pictures.  Lucas was six weeks old, happy and good as gold, wonderful! We prefer to photograph babies and small children in their own homes where all their needs can be taken care of. It was nice to see Nicola and Aaron again, after photographing their Wedding at Smeetham Hall Barn, Bulmer, in 2013. We do like keeping in touch with our wedding clients and see them moving on to become a family.

    We had a lovely morning seeing Alison, Nathan and Elodie again recently.  The last time we saw them was in September last year, when we photographed Elodie for the first time.  What a difference a few months makes!  With Elodie on the move, we had to be quick, but great results and good fun!

    Baby Photography – It was lovely to see Sarah and Will again. We have seen them a few times since we photographed their Wedding in 2011.  Last time was at a Wedding last year,which they had recommended us for!  This time the photography was for them.  Sarah and Will are now the proud parents of Harriet and we were delighted to meet her for the first time a few weeks ago for some baby photography and take some pictures of them all.  Looking forward to seeing her again soon!

    Baby Portraits, twins! – Jo and Doug were married at Crabbs Barn, last year, and recently we went to see them. We knew they had become the proud parents of twin baby girls, Charlotte and Ava, and they now wanted some pictures. From the moment we arrived until we left they were as good as gold!
