Yes, finally, Catherine and Adam’s Wedding at Fennes! After postponements, due to Covid and the birth of their daughter, Felicity, the Wedding finally took place!
Catherine and her Bridesmaids were getting ready at Fennes and all was going well.
The Camper Van was waiting to take Adam and his Groomsmen to St Mary’s Church Bocking for the Wedding service but there was time to take a few pictures of them before leaving.
Time as always was going very fast but we managed to take a few pictures of the girls before they left.
All Felicity wanted when we got to the Church was her Mum! No problem, Catherine carried her into the Church. Felicity loved being a part of her Mum and Dad’s Wedding Day.
A few pictures outside the Church and off we went back to Fennes,
A lovely relaxed afternoon was spent at Fennes enjoying the wonderful weather. We spent a little time with Catherine and Adam, taking a few pictures of them on the Bridge.
It was a beautiful evening after the Wedding Breakfast and Speeches so outside was the place to be. Sparklers finished our coverage of Catherine and Adam’s lovely Wedding Day.
Well, we had been keeping our fingers crossed for a long while for Sarah and David’s Wedding Day. Postponements, weather, hoping to be Covid free, were only a few things we were concerned about! Not only were we Sarah and David’s Wedding Photographers, but Guests at their Wedding, Grandparents to the Flowergirl and Pageboy and consequently knew many people at the Wedding!
An early start was the order for the day and what a beautiful day it was with it being very warm indeed!Preparations were going very well, timekeeping was spot on (thank you Katie (daughter-in-law)! Sarah was soon ready and looked fabulous! Pictures were taken before we left, inside and outside. A lovely garden Michael!
Time for us to depart for St Mary The Virgin, High Easter. Guests were arriving and it was good to find a bit of shade now the sun had come out for some arrival shots. Time to get on with some pictures of David and his Groomsmen before they disappeared into the Church.
Sarah arrived and entered the Church. Only one Grandchild shout out of ‘Grandad’ in the Church, that was good for us trying to be discreet as usual! Requested Group pictures outside the church were taken, then all off to Vaulty Manor, Heybridge.
A great afternoon was had at Vaulty Manor with relaxation in full swing. Capturing a few pictures of the happy couple during the afternoon we were able to do, knowing there would be more later in the evening light.
The Wedding Breakfast and Speeches were later, with everyone then enjoying the wonderful weather outside, having fun. Johnny B Goode were the entertainers for the evening and we all know how good they are! Dancing carried on all evening interrupted only by Sparklers.
Well, what an amazing day! Sarah and David, thank you so much for such a memorable day.. Thank you also Sarah and David for letting our trainee Kieron be there with us at the Church and gain some invaluable experience.
Lovely to be back earlier in the Spring at one of our favourite WeddingVenues, Layer Marney Tower. With it’s new Barn up and running, what a nice addition to this beautiful Venue.
Lots going on for the Wedding of Andrea and Terry on a beautiful Spring day this year. Starting at their home, then a visit to the local pub where the Layer Marney Bus was waiting to take Terry and some guests off to Layer Marney.
Layer Marney Tower looked glorious as Andrea and Terry’s Guests arrived. Once Andrea arrived the Wedding Ceremony started.
Afterwards everybody enjoyed the drinks and canapes in the gardens.
Spencer Wood of kept Guests entertained throughout afternoon. Nice seeing you again Spencer! We enjoyed taking great informal pictures whilst waiting for Andrea and Terry to return from their car ride.
Ending the afternoon, pictures of Andrea and Terry around the grounds for their togther pictures finishing with confetti on the stairs.
After the Wedding Breakfast and Speeches., Guests had the choice of staying outside or going inside the new Barn for the evening celebrations and later the First Dance.
Fireworks finished a wonderful Wedding Day for Andrea and Terry.
Sara and Paul were married earlier this year at St Vincent de Paul RC Church, Dagenham and their Reception followed at Crondon Park.
The weather unfortunately was not the best for the day, Following the Church service, off we went to Crondon Park.
Something different, a Chinese Tea party, which was enjoyed by everyone took place during the afternoon. After the Chinese Tea Party and the Wedding Breakfast, we caught up with a few group pictures and a few pictures of Paul and Sara.
Throughout the day lots of great informal pictures.
Gallery of our pictures from the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Delighted to be asked by Peta UK Ltd to provide product photography for their range of disability products.
Products were photographed in groups and individually for their website and general Marketing. All on white background and some with differing retail packaging for their various sales outlets.
Lighting is usually the challenge with this type of product photography, how to show something clear on a white background! Some work just needs that professional touch.

Maldon Wedding Photography at All Saints Church. Due to circumstances last year Sarah and Jamie put their Wedding back until this year.
It was a lovely day for their Wedding and Sarah was ready when we arrived. We took Sarah and her Bridesmaids into the garden for a few pictures. As it was very hot we didn’t take very long at all!.
Jamie was getting ready very close by so we quickly looked in on him. A few pictures of him, his brother and his parents in the garden. A short time later we left to go to the Church.
We captured some images of the guests arriving and a couple of Jamie, whilst waiting for Sarah and her Father to arrive.
Once Sarah arrived, we captured the moment before Sarah, her Father and the Bridesmaids entered the Church.
Following the service Sarah and Jamie went outside and were greeted by their Guests. A quick picture traditional of the Bridal Party followed by the action of the confetti
Leaving the Church we went to Layer Marney Tower . Sarah and Jamie arrived at Layer Marney by the gate. It was such a lovely bright dry day we took a few pictures of the happy couple with the car and before they walked up the path to see their Guests.
Sarah and Jamie had some relaxing quality time with their Guests during the drinks reception. Everyone had been looking forward to this time together, so much to catch up on. During the afternoon, we took Sarah and Jamie for a brief walk around Layer Marney for a few pictures, we just had to have a picture with the beautiful tulips!
When it was time for the Wedding Breakfast, the Guests took their seats at the tables in the Long Gallery. Our coverage of Sarah and Jamie’s Wedding Day ended when Sarah and Jamie entered the room.
It was a lovely day for Sarah and Jamie’s Wedding and we were very happy to be a part of their day. Do you need Maldon Wedding Photography? Contact us!
Fennes Wedding! At last! Our first Wedding of 2021 and it was extra special!
Caroline and Tom had tried to get married on three previous dates! One of the previous dates was called of at 24 hours notice! Finally, with everybody’s fingers and toes crossed the marriage happened! What a day to choose, a very warm late spring day in May!
We arrived at Fennes in the morning and met up with Caroline and Tom. Caroline was getting ready upstairs in Fennes with her Bridesmaids. Unbelievably Caroline and Tom’s Wedding Day had taken another turn!
Caroline’s Bridesmaid and her family unfortunately were not able to attend the Wedding. This happens but Caroline’s Bridesmaid was also the Hairdresser! She was going to do all the hair requirements on the day! Fennes staff to the rescue! You can rely on them! Earlier in the morning they had found a substitute Hairdresser! Caroline just took it all in her stride, which was wonderful.
The Ceremony was taking place outside and it the Gazebo looked lovely. Once Tom, his Best Man and Ushers were ready, we took a few pictures of them.
When Caroline was ready, her Dad made his way upstairs to see his daughter. A lovely moment. A few Bridal pictures were taken.
Caroline then came downstairs for the Fennes Wedding. Exiting from the Gold Room Caroline then made her way over to the Gazebo. Married at last!
The pictures of Caroline, Tom and all their Guests after the completion of the formalities were fabulous. It was great to capture these moment pictures whilst Caroline and Tom were enjoying the time. A musician provided the entertainment for them all.
A little later we got on with taking the requested family pictures. During the afternoon Caroline and Tom had plenty of time to themselves before we took them for a few minutes around the grounds of Fennes for their pictures.
The Wedding Breakfast was in the Pavilion. Speeches took place after the meal. Later we took a few pictures of Caroline and Tom in the House. First Dance was going to be outside on the new Patio Area. Once Caroline and Tom did their First Dance we finished up with an evening picture by the bridge.
The end of our coverage of a very enjoyable relaxed Wedding for a lovely couple. Congratulations Caroline and Tom! It was well worth the wait! Huge thanks to Fennes, especially Sue and Sophie.
